This was a fantastic hotel in a great position, walking distance to the old town and sunset beach. Very clean. Would def stay here again.

Excellent boutique small hotel within walking distance to Sunset Beach and Old Town Dubrovnik. There’s also a lovely pool area located next door. The rooms are very modern but with old world charm. There is housekeeping daily and the owner Sonja is lovely and always available to answer any questions. I would stay again if ever in Dubrovnik, Peppers Restaurant is a few doors down and has a very good dinner menu.

Beautifully decorated, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Great service too.
Unfortunately there is no soundproofing between rooms so we heard everything from our neighbours upstairs, every step, when they used the toilet etc and one night they got in at 2.30am so wouldn’t say we had the best nights sleep!

Had a one night stay before transferring to one of the islands. We chose this place as it is a 15 walk to the port and it worked perfectly.
The room was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Our flight was delayed but reception kindly sent us the door code and left a room key for us so our late arrival wasn’t an issue.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is bright, airy and veryyyyyyy clean. Equipped with everything you might need. Location is great, right on the Marina . Close to the Copacabana and Coral beach, main attractions and restaurants. The host was very helpful. Additionally we got the daily access to the pools very convenient!

Pros- rooms are very spacious and modern with a kettle and mini fridge, Pool is great, owner is lovely.
Cons- roadworks ongoing outside property so difficult to access property and it is very unsightly outside for the entire length of the seafront. It was very loud in the mornings with the roadworks and noise travels within the whole building. I think this will be ongoing for a long time as there was a huge amount of rubble and machines etc.
Overall I would definitely reccomend this property! One of the nicest places I have stayed.

Excellent air conditioning, which was appreciated in the hot July temperatures. Very helpful welcome by owner, explaining the location and facilities near by

it was a delightful stay at Bova luxury rooms from start to finish , are rooms were spotless, the pool was excellent , there are plenty of restaurants on your door step and all are excellent , its a small bus journey to the old town and a small walk to beach location, would recommend this place for a holiday location and would not hesitate to go back
