Beds are comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room towels feel like sandpaper. But I would stay here again. The staff is very accommodating.

I really wanted to give more stars. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was 5 stars. The young man at the front desk was checking us in barely spoke to us. He didn’t welcome us or say anything about the breakfast offering or times. The room was clean and comfortable but the sidewalk in the front of the entrance had something like orange ice cream spilled on it and the elevator had a sticky substance all over the floor which got on my suitcase. The next day when we were leaving, both the elevator mess and the mess on the front walk were still there. That’s just laziness and very disappointing as you know employees had to have come and gone and had seen both.

Don't know why, but we could not control the heat in our room...nothing we did changed the temp....stayed 76/77 all night....too warm...complaint to front desk did nothing.

Had to ask for another room, had an odor of a pet or something. Front desk was very courteous and moved us to another room

Great location! Only thing didn’t like about the room was no usb charging ports.

Average stay. We got what we paid for, the remote control on our TV barely worked. The channel up and down buttons didn’t work. The only buttons that worked were the number buttons. Some rust on the towel rack in the bathroom.

Thank you for a nice stay. Quiet and great location will stay again. Great breakfast with lots of choices. This was a last minute stop due to vehicle repairs.
