I stayed in November and Dundee we pretty cold like the rest of Scotland but bed was nice and comfortable with fluffy pillows. There was tea and coffee in my room which was great to have so I was able to have a cup of coffee when I woke up in the morning. Staff were all lovely and always helped when I asked any questions.

My second trip up to Dundee this year and stayed at this travelodge both times. I was not disappointed when I was checked in again by a lovely receptionist who could not have been more pleasant. Our room was cosy for us arriving into which was great as we were frozen as it was cold outside. To top it all off we have breakfast in the morning with was nice, hot and freshly and was kept stocked up by the very happy cook who was always smiling and greeting each guest ( while we sat at our table )

My stay at the Travelodge was on the 23 Nov and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The room felt stuffy and the lighting was poor making the room dim. The toilet didn't work properly as it took a long time for the WC to refill after it had been used. I felt really irritated after my children used the toilet and I was unable to flush. The staff on duty was very helpful and offered a bucket to use to flush the toilet. If I won't be visiting this hotel again if I have a return visit.

Great service, room clean and tidy, good big bathroom. Pizzas first class and on returning at 9.10pm still managed to get a lovely dinner on our second night All piping hot and very tasty. The only problem which stops it being 5 star was the bedroom window. Had to stuff paper in to stop draught. After that ok.

Stayed here for one night, the hotel was clean and tidy as you would expect from Travel Lodge however the heating system was noisy and the room I had faced the main road so there was traffic noise, I should have more thoroughly checked the location or asked for a rear facing room.

Just what we needed, a room for a reasonable price and a good nights sleep. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Having stayed at numerous Travel Lodges before, we found this the poorest. Our room felt cramped and run down. It definitely needs a face lift. However staff were helpful. Ok for a single night.

Didt get any sleep due to noise from next room having party of guest at 12/30am had to call reception from my phone to report it which too hour to get answered,room was cold and the draft from window was unreal and noise from outside fans too I ended up leaving at 5-30am going to my sons ,I already put a complaint into travlodge but no reply which I expected,money I paid for was wasted and it’s money I didn’t have but due to family breavment I needed a room

I booked a double room - got a twin with the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever attempted to sleep on. The room was right next to the kitchen and stank of cooking food in the morning. Far too hot but I wasn't comfortable with opening the window as it was on the ground floor. No hand towel. No staff to be seen in the dining room in the morning so no-one to ask about vegetarian or egg options.
