Tianhe hotel is the best hotel you can book currently in Dunhuang, China in my opinion! The staff was very kind and made sure I was taken care of as a foreigner! They helped me order take out as I was too late for breakfast and lunch. The room was very spacious. I do wish they had a bathtub. The only issue was that the bathroom floor was sticky upon arrival and after they cleaned the room the next day. I enjoyed the foot bath they prepared for me. It was relaxing after returning from Crescent Spring which is close by. It was a good experience!

Big hotel with good breakfast. The room was not clean, so we had to request an additional vacuum cleaning.

本次敦煌之行，天河酒店很讓我驚艷。酒店環境很不錯，房間夠大，整潔，住在這裏很舒服。最關鍵的是，這裏的工作人員服務非常好，見面都熱情招呼，尤其客房部楊秀芬，非常貼心，有任何需求都儘量滿足我們。早餐也不錯，酸奶很好吃，拉麪味道也不錯。

來敦煌在天河住了三晚，客房部楊秀芬給小朋友送了酸奶，每天回酒店海還準備了泡腳的水等，同時早餐怕帶孩子起晚的情況，還讓餐廳送餐（最後趕在結束前還是去餐廳吃了），客房服務很好，下次有機會還來。

管家很給力，入住當天就給我們配發了當地用的這種防塵口罩，然後後期因為我們朋友之間有在泡茶，然後主動又給我們增加了這個水量。晚上也會在我們回到家的時候給我們準備了這個泡腳的一些工具，很細心。好評
