I had a night's stay followed by breakfast (which was a second time for me).|All aspects from ease of locating, checking in, stay, rooms, food were more than satisfying.

It's good. Environments & staffs are good and co operate. But for solo travelers foods are little costly.

Super delux rooms in 5th floor doesn’t have lift access. You have to take stairs from 4th floor. Also the breakfast area is ill managed. After ordering from live section even after 30 mins await order wasn’t served. When informed at reception mr. Gopinath saha was completely unapologetic and unwilling to listen.

It's excellent stay over there & food quality is very nice. One thing i would like to draw that there is no parking place in side hotel premises.

First of all i have keep my earphone in the room 208 after coming back from works uts not there where i kept, informed they have symply ignored. No one is bother also. Since yesterday i am telling that what time breakfast will start as i wl have to check out early. At first room servuce saud at 7 am then 7:30 again 8 am. Please refund the amount for which they have charged rs 269.

Room- The room I was provided was spacious, well lit by daylight. Housekeeping services were provided regularly.
Washroom- was clean. What I really liked was the anti-slip mat the placed under the shower, which is great especially if you are traveling with parents and elderly. Location- Good. Banks, Malls, Restaurants are in vicinity. It is well connected to buse routes, autos, cabs. Staffs- Were cooperate.
Drawback- The only drawback I felt was that the food proportions were a little less for the prices we pay. Tastes were satisfactory.
Overall experience was Good. 👍

This was my 3rd stay in citi recidency and i asked for an extra bed in the mrng and after several time asking they gave me the bed at 11in the night but they charged for 2days. When i dint even used for 2 days. Very rude behaviour from the receptionist. They also later apalosized and told to pay the full amount otherwise the salary of the staff will be cut. Very un professional.

Every thing was ok. Food veriety of dinner was less. Breakfast was ok. Not as expected as 3 star hotel.

There are no issues with the room but air conditioning system is not good. The room floor and all the mirror glasses are full of moisture, the floor is very sticky and they haven't provided any slippers in my room. My room number is 404. I haven't raised any issues with the staff as i have booked my room through makemytrip. Kindly take necessary care to avoid such things in future. Regards, souvik
