Hotel Villa Pascucci

The owner's inves**ent in the hotel, hygiene, swimming pool, sauna, etc. was very good. Especially the massage girl was professional and very nice. But the dinner menu was very bad. My girls had paid 3 weeks in advance for a menu that I wanted. But the staff and the manager did not serve me this menu. The manager told me that this menu, even though you paid for it in advance, we serve it for tables with many people. Shame on the staff. We paid for a menu, and a poor menu came, unrelated to the payment we had made. Shame..

We arrived with high expectations. We were told this is the absolutely best hotel around. We even orderen the suite, we are a family of four. The exteriour is Five stars (except our terrace). But the service is unfortunately not. The two exceptions are the girl Livana (Exceptionally good) and Kleant. The ting is that everyone at the frontdesk was ok, but they only said "yes, I'll fix it", then nothing happened. Examples: - It took the hotel 36 hours to give us Key cards that were working for our room. - 24 hours to fix/change the coffee nachine. - 20 hours to come and get the trollet with leftovers from outside our room. They allways sayd: "yes we'll fix it". Livana was the only one that did. When we asked, not the next day, after "five messages". We had dinner on the terrasse of the room one day. They decorated and made it nice for us. But when they brought food, everything was there - even the "ice-cake" for dessert! I have never eathen that fast! They should also update the terrasse every year. At least with some paint etc. Conclusion: Wonderful pool area, wonderful exteriour. Staff made it a four star experience all together. We expected Five.

Just come back from a 9 night stay at this fabulous hotel. Most of the staff are amazing and would do anything for you, they are clearly there to please, and the main swimming pool is great - although the bar staff down there could seem a bit more enthusiastic and attentive. There is also another pool which is smaller. The food is really good and beautifully served, although the menu is limited. However they do know this is something they have to work on and promise it's being done. Definitely recommend a stay here for a chilled break. The area is not so great, but the hotel have a driver who will take you into Durres for nothing (although we did give him a tip) and we hired a car for a couple of days to see a bit of the country. You can walk to the beach by the way.

Very nice hotel, great services, the « decor » is unusual but nice. We liked the room very much… the size, the bathroom the equipment… top After one week traveling around Albania we really appreciated the quality of the services. Two swimming pools, one of them big and nice for swimmings and sunbathing. The diner was nice and the prices nice too. BUT… The hotel is far-away from Durres center (to visit) and the beaches a car is absolutely necessary Some of the staff are very rigid. This was the first time we had our bag checked when coming in to make sure we were not bringing in any outside food and when checking out they checked that we did not steal any towels…. and being treated like thief was not nice… it was humiliating even They could have asked with a smile rather than acting like custom officiers. Nevertheless the place is great

The hotel is amazing - decadently decorated and full of amazing features. The rooms are out of this world and you will feel very very spoilt. The pool area is lovely and it was wonderful sat by the pool drinking cocktails. However, each time we ordered a cocktail they had to ring up and find someone to make it. Breakfast was fine - it wasn't until we were leaving we realised you could order specific dishes from a menu rather than just have the self service buffet - we weren't told about options. And finally - the area is not that great. We went for a walk to try and find the beach and it wasn't very friendly and quite stressful. So - would definitely recommend if you'd like to stay in the hotel and not venture out on foot.

We were in Albania for a week, where we spent our first three days in Tirana and only two days in Durres. Our experience at Villa Pascucci was so over-the-top fantastic that we wished that we had spent only a day in Tirana and four days at Villa Pascucci because its style and class represents a 5-star hotel as a 5-star hotel should be. From its entrance (including the gigantic black gates) to its wide open courtyard which showcases an artful fountain and beautiful steps leading to a stylish reception area, complemented with a staff of friendliness and professionalism, Villa Pascucci is next to none. We stayed in Room 104 which is the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea view, a very comfortable room for two, but can accommodate up to three adults. The room.. well let's start from the elevator in the reception area: the elevator decor, like the reception area, is impressive and classy, and continues throughout the hallway to the room. The room and its gadgets continued to impress us, this included remote controlled curtains, a remote controlled TV which is encased in the bed, an icy chandelier and a mesmerising arty ceiling. The bathroom was super clean with complimentary toiletries and robes bearing Villa Pascucci’s logo; what can we say, we were pleased with our choice. Class and style continued all the way to the Spa which we booked privately for an hour both days. The staff’s friendliness and warmth was top notch as they provided us with separate robes for the spa and flavoured water which we had to remake when we got home, it was that good. The pool area is across the street from the hotel, a minute’s walk. Very nice. Equipped with a bar, some cabanas and many lounge chairs, the staff there (two guys) didn’t seem very enthused with their job; they were not unfriendly or friendly, they just provided the drinks which we ordered, requested the pay and that was it, but the beauty of the pool area was so overwhelming, nothing could ruin our stay there. Not taking away any credit from the other staff, but the best staff member for us is Gjergji in the restaurant. His style of service reflects and represents Villa Pascucci perfectly, his mannerism, his smile, his poise and him being a handsome man adds even more to the whole experience. Thanks Gjergji. The foods were top notch. Villa Pascucci; we will be back.

I came here with my family and we had a wonderful time. The hotel feels luxurious for the price. We had the use of two swimming pools (one of them is in the premises of the neighbouring hotel), with sun loungers and a bar. Everything is clean and well looked after, staff are diligent and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with big beds, balcony views with large outdoor seating areas and very modern smart TVs. The breakfast buffet is generous and has lots of options. We had a fantastic visit and if I ever came back to Durres I'd definitely want to stay here again. Be aware the hotel is not within walking distance to anything and public transport/buses are poor; you will need to take taxis to the downtown area and beaches, it should cost around 10 euros each way. Hotel staff can help with booking because at the time we stayed there was no Uber or e-mobility apps in Durres.

Situated at the back of town on top of a hill . The standard of finish is amazing , rooms , pool , restaurant even the car parking is well organised . Great check in , really looked after we arrived early , sat round amazing pool. Rooms wifi , aircon, furnishing so , so good. All the staff very helpful . Breakfast was also the best we had in Albania, Durres is well worth a visit
