5 yıldızlı otele dair hiçbir şey yok. Öncelikle ön büro gerçekten dağınıktı. Deluxe oda için para ödedik ve iç balkonlu bir oda aldık (sadece iç balkon dedikleri pencereli odaydı ve içerisi çok sıcaktı). Tüm deluxe odalar balkonsuzdu ve daha yüksek bir fiyata sahipti. Balkonlu bir oda istedik ve elimizde kalan tek şey standart bir odaydı (lüks için para ödenmişti), gerçekten küçük bir odaydı ve balkonunda berbat bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı, 5 yıldızlı bir şey değildi. Oda servisi iyi değildi, 5 gece kaldık ve biz değiştirmelerini söyleyene kadar 4 gece boyunca yatak takımlarımızı değiştirmediler, makyaj seti ve diş fırçaları da kullanıldıkları halde değiştirilmedi. Duşta bir dakika çok düşük basınç ve ardından buz gibi soğuk basınçlı su vardı. Kahvaltı, garip ve çok sınırlı yiyecek seçeneği olan 5 yıldızlı bir otel için hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Restoranttaki yemekler iyi ama servis için gerçekten çok fazla beklemeniz gerekiyor ve çok pahalıydı. Plaja ulaşmak için yeterince yürümeniz gerekiyor ve havuz otelin içinde değil başka bir yerde. Gerçekten hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor, Mövenpick'ten hiçbir şey yok ve paraya değmez 😞

Birçok yönden hayal kırıklığı... sabah 6'ya kadar bitişik dairelerdeki gürültüden dolayı uyku yok, çok yüksek sesli rave müzik. Duşta bir dakika çok düşük basınç ve ardından buz gibi soğuk basınçlı su vardı.

This is a beautiful hotel with a large parking which make easier the parking. They have a beautiful and modern lobby area with a great coffee shop which we can order any hot or cold beverage. They also have a selection of cigars and a large spirits menu. The restaurant is huge and they have good menu. From the lobby you can enter the pool area which is nice. The staff are amazing and polite, proving you a great service . Definitely we will come back soon as it was a great experience.

Very good new 5* hotel, with excellent fine and dine service in their restaurant. We celebrate my birthday in this hotel and we really enjoy this place. Nice winter spa centar, good restaurant and lobby bar. Huge rooms with good view. This place is so romantic so you can enjoy your stay if you are couple. They need to improve kid animation!

It is by far the cheapest stay i’ve had at a Mövenpick hotel ever. In comparison to the rest of the resorts In the area, it was much better. One thing that really dragged the place down was the pool area, which they have in some sort of collaboration with a third party. It is actually a very nice pool but the day before our arrival, there had been a wedding and there was trash, cake and most alarming - pieces of glass - next to the edge of the pool. When guests approached the crew about this, they seemed like they couldn’t care less. Problem was only properly adressed, when we took the issue to the hotel. They should really find another way to run the pool.

Great potential but not quite 5 stars yet… The manager and reception staff were superb: attentive, friendly and welcoming - they went above and beyond, which was much appreciated. Our room was lovely. Lots of space, comfy bed and a huge terrace. Furnishings seemed high quality and chic. Gorgeous bathroom. However, this contrasted with a ‘not quite ready’ feel to the hotel more generally, which seemed to have recently opened. Service in the restaurant and bar was slow and not very solutions-oriented(!) Aurel was a welcome exception who was efficient, friendly and seemed invested in customer service. Breakfast was disappointing for a 5 star hotel with an odd and very limited selection of food. Also note that no plant based milks were available. The outdoor pool unfortunately was closed, which was a shame as it was one of the main draws for the hotel and the closure wasn’t communicated in advance. Thankfully the indoor pool was open, which I enjoyed, as well as the relaxing spa and chill out space.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming! I loved the SPA and the food was delicious! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable! I would definitely come back! It is perfect for a weekend getaway or even doing a full beach holiday!
