Room was very modest. But floor was very dirty, stayed for 2 nights and never cleaned it.

Clean, modern, tram stop across the street. Bakery across street. No AC. Kept window open on hot July night and was too noisy from the traffic. Other than AC, really nice place to stay.

Hotel is very well situated.
Only thing not to my satisfaction is that i searched for a hotel with parking. Not only parking was not available as the area the hotel is located is extremelly difficult in terms of parking.
Very good hotel in general (breakfast is amazing) but needs to review the free parking advertisement with a mention of at least the numbernof available spaces.

Had a great stay here. We were let down the night before our travel to another hotel and this hotel managed to accommodate 15 lads who were desperate. They did so and we had a great stay. Location ideal as near to tram stop and also a couple of good pubs. Rooms very clean, and good facilities.

Very noisy, very small rooms and beds. Dated ugly plastic floor. Poor internet connection. Parking too small for a family car. Asked several the blind to be repaired, but no, that was not done. Breakfast more or less acceptable. Very expensive during exhibition periods, this is how they managed to survive.

We have arrived around 2 AM and the street entrance was open so you could enter the hotel . However the reception was closed so there was a number fır us to call someone over. Thanks to that we could check in without any problems. The rooms was sparkly clean and shower water pressure was great. There were more than enough towels. Beds were very comfy. Only problem was that there was very few people who talked English.
