The Wi-Fi is so poor, and there were no fridge.
Other than that, everything was OK.

Very good suit nice and clean also what liked it was quiet. And evertrhing was close by or easy to reach. Breakfast was fine aswell.

HK Hotel Düsseldorf City is not a hotel I would recommend. They were the preferred hotel for the K Show in Dusseldorf so I booked with them thinking they would be good. On the day of check-in our flight was cancelled, and we could not get another flight. The hotel manager would not allow us to amend our reservation to the following day when we could get a flight. *********** allowed the changes but when the hotel manager realised it was a €2000 booking, she would not allow the changes. I find this level of customer service abhorrent! We would not travel through no fault of our own so she could have been flexible. If you are a company visiting the K-Show, please avoid this hotel.

The garden-view room was comfortable, but lacks air-conditioning. We had 28 C days and 22 C nights, so tolerable, but just note this. They said they are only cleaning every 2 days due to Covid. I left a "please clean" sign on the door on the 2nd day, but it was ignored. The breakfast was fairly basic, lacked fresh fruit
