I know everyone doesn't like “longreeds” but here is just a minute of your time, which I really hope will save you from a big mistake; all I would like to convey in this review is do not rent a room here, if you have at least some alternative, then use it, because I got into a situation where being late for the check-in time (although I warned that I will be around that time and I was a little late because I got lost in an unfamiliar city) no one opened for me, that is, in the evening, in an unfamiliar city, you stand at the door and find out that you need to look for another hotel. I wrote to this hotel - will they return the money or can they do anything they just told me “no” and that was the whole answer. that's all I would like to say about their service and customer focus

The worst service ever. This hotel has such a tricky policy to take your money and don’t provide you the service. I made a booking trough ***********, immediately after I called the hotel to inform that I will arrive at 10pm, without any consideration they said the check-in is possible until 8pm. They didn’t give me the possibility to make and early check-in the next day and the worst, they canceled my whole booking, they took my money for the next days without any understanding or remorse. Sometimes people usually think that these kind of tricky practices can only occur in countries without a proper regulation, but I’ve never experienced this kind of unethical behavior by poor could be the place they were always places to try to match their needs and provide you the best experience possible. As a society we have to say stop to this kind of business that are a shame for the whole sector.

A great hotel in the centre of the city, with tram stops and shops 1 minute away ! To check in you need to use key boxes (to the left of the door by the garage entrance( bug this is very easy and was talked through the process on the phone as I missed the email explaining the procedure. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Free Internet and coffee facilities (separate breakfast room). Highly recommended!

Furchtbar.... Ich habe einen Zimmer im Hotel in Düsseldorf für mich und meinen minderjährigen Sohn reserviert. Auf der Hotelseite habe ich einen Hinweis hinterlassen, dass unsere Ankunftszeit spät sein würde, da es eine Option gab, eine andere Ankunftszeit auszuwählen. Das Hotel hatte meine Reservierung und den Check-in abgelehnt, aber dennoch das Geld einbehalten hatte. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, das Hotel unter der auf der Website angegebenen Telefonnummer anzurufen und Nachrichten zu hinterlassen, aber niemand hat geantwortet. Dennoch sind mein Sohn und ich zum Hotel gefahren, in der Hoffnung, dass wir eingelassen werden, da wir für das Zimmer bezahlt hatten. Leider standen wir um Mitternacht allein vor der Tür des Hotels und niemand öffnete uns die Tür. Schließlich mussten wir die Nacht in einem McDonald's verbringen. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Wenn ich erneut versucht habe, das Hotel anzurufen, und wurde mit grober Unhöflichkeit von Ihrer Mitarbeiterin konfrontiert, die mich angeschrien hat und mir vorgeworfen hat, im Unrecht zu sein und nicht lesen zu können. Es betrübt mich zutiefst, dass die Mitarbeiter Ihres Hotels Gäste auf diese Weise behandeln. Natürlich habe ich kein Geld zurück... Enttäuschend.
