I really enjoyed my stay at the Divi All Inclusive. The hotel staff were nice but the service at the inclusive restaurants was mediocre. A must try is Ginger at the Tamarijn!

We really enjoyed the people of the island. They are so nice and the island is safe. You do not have the harassing you see from locals at other islands. The weather was beautiful and the food was great.

What an amazing place Divi all inclusive is!!! This will definitely be our go to hotel when we come back!!! We hated to leave!! The beauty, the food, the staff, the ambiance was just amazing. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We highly recommend it!!!

As positives, the property has an excellent beach area. The resort is also very walkable. The quality of the food is average to above average. The drinks in the common areas are average and the drinks in the restaurants are excellent.
As opportunities for improvement, the check-in process is by far the worst we have experienced. You don't feel welcome at arrival and we stood in the heat in line for well over an hour before being checked-in. The common areas of the resort are dated and are in need of renovations. Entertainment in the evening is also below average.

Divi All Inclusive was absolutely paradise! The beach was gorgeous and the pool areas were beautiful.
The front desk staff were so accommodating and professional! So we’re everyone who worked there.
Restaurants were all delicious and reservations were very easy to get.

Everything was great except that here was construction was going on and there's no room service. After the restaurants closed the food choices were limited.

No availability for dinner times; we attempted on two separate days to book couple massages with online app, only to arrive and be told time slot was not available. Every morning we were woken up by the cleaning staff talking loudly outside our room. Most of the staff were not friendly or helpful. Bed was a thin mattress on top of wooden boards. Would not recommend.

We traveled with a group consisting of 18 people which were a mix of teenagers and adults. Arrangements and communication with hotel prior to arrival was not good but upon arrival they were very helpful and accommodating with rooms and dinners. Unfortunately they didn’t respond to requests before we got there so they had us spread out all over the property and a couple of the families with more people got put in small tight rooms. Having said that staff was more than helpful in resolving. Food was amazing place and beach amazing. Unfortunately for us there was nothing to do other than beach. Not any activities whatsoever no pool games, bingo or trivia. Absolutely no entertainment with the exception of music a couple days which was terrible and unappealing and the activity room, gym spa were located at Tam which was very inconvenient so the only thing that we utilized was gym. Very disappointed in lack of entertainment. If they resolve this, it would have been the best trip ever!
