Room is adequately furnished, but lighting is very poor (especially in the kitchen). Very limited kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware, Had to buy paper towels in hotel store for $5.00 (this should be provided). Reading lamp on couch was missing. One side of bedroom had poor internet access.
Room location was very far from elevator. Pool area was well furnished with chairs and upkeep.

Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue.
The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

My family and I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was good and convenient for a quick bite too eat. The best parts were the location to eagle beach and the water slide by the pool. We liked that the room had a kitchen. The room could have been a little cleaner. Sometimes the area around the property smelled like sewage. But all in all we had a good time.

When we got our room, the couch had stains and caused musty smell. I went to front desk to ask for a room change but they didn’t have any available at the time, they sent cleaning supervisor to check and they replaced the couch next day.. my whole thing why was that nasty couch there in the 1st place.. other then this hotel was fine..

I had a very pleasant stay at Eagle Aruba. We had everything we wanted - 2 beds, fully stocked kitchen, living area, grocery store within 5 min walking distance, 3 large swimming pool, water slide, excellent and very helpful staff, 5 min walk to Eagle beach. They get 5 star from me.

the room was not what i expected for 300 a nite i stayed there lasty year was totally different nothing in the room at all waited 4 hr to have someone do the pullout couch had to call 3 trimes
