The front desk manager gave me and my husband a food comp, due to a mishap in housekeeping thanks.

The rooms are nice, but would love more dining options. Also, fridge in room didn’t work and there were no disposable cups for use available.

The hotel Manager Shanika, was very nice and understanding about any cocerns we had on our stay.... and Friont desk personnel Lenett.is very understanding as weell.Kudos to.them

The male receptionist that checked me in was so rude and dismissive he should not be in customer service.

I’ve live out here my whole life and never stayed there. The room was beautiful and clean I just wish the vending machines had a lot more options

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and affordable. It just needs a little touch up in some areas like carpet cleaning, touch up paint and easier television access. I loved the access to the restaurants and ****** which was convenient and safe.

Room was spacious, warm, clean, and very high end. I would definitely stay here again. I also is attached to the ****** with lots of food choices and night life!
