Located in a convenient location. A/c is so loud. Not very clean, the bathroom lights are flickering…

Unbeknownst to me they do not make up the room and refresh the towels anymore. Every day I had to make up the beds and go to the front desk for fresh towels and soap/shampoo. By the second day I had a large pile of towels sitting under the sink, that nobody collects. Room overall was acceptable and the staff was friendly.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very professional , exceedingly clean, staff was very friendly and polite, willing to help with anything at all. I was VERY impressed with the rooms. The location is central to all on the ***** with shopping and local fare.

Nice big rooms. TV with lots of channels and a remote that doesn't require a masters degree in TV tuning.

There were people on the floor above us, up late at night and we heard them walking all over.

Breakfast sausage was pretty dry and inedible. Rest of breakfast options and coffee was good. The lady taking care of the breakfast was very efficient and cleaned up quickly.

Hotel on the side of rout 30, horroble engine brake from trucks all nigjt long, we went home 1 day early becouse it was too much, we could not take the noise from the teucks passing by, hotel would not return the extra night

We had a wonderful stay even though just one night.
Room was very clean and spacious. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There were many options but eggs not tasty at all and the coffee was terrible.
But that was not the reason we stayed there. The room was great and the location convenient to all of Lancaster.
