Facilities were great. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Location was great as long as you are capable of walking. We had a renovated room which was fantastic

Hotel was good, staff were exceptional, noisy renovation work was being carried out, Valet parking at $65 is expensive (Hyatt $45), Five Star hotel with no mini bar, chips or nibbles??? That's not quite right.
Shower water pooled around the toilet so was wet all day/night. Problem with who ever laid the bathroom tile. Poor toilet flush. Breakfast OK but not as good as the Hyatt. Seafood marinara was delicious, in the other bar the Tapas was pretty ordinary (far too much white bread), but the Sangria was to die for...Superb.
They put me on the 23rd floor to escape the reno work noise but you could still hear it...Same problem with the Hyatt (reno work, which is why I moved to the Pan Pacific).

Staff polite and helpful. Large room, comfortable overall, however area is quite small. Bedside table dusty, needs more attention to detail from housekeeping section.

We have a great stay at Pan Pacific Hotel in Perth.
We will definitely book this hotel for our future trip.

The room was great; comfortable beds and luxury items in bathrooms. Staff were approachable and helpful. Would recommend staying here

I love the river view room
But breakfast not much choices at least they got healthy drink like beetroot juice 😀 can’t wait stay there again
