1 bed out of 2 queens was garbage. Like sleeping in a hole. Bathroom dryer hadn’t been wiped. Hairs that were not mine sitting on top of it. Left dirty towels outside door, thought they would leave some in bag by my door. Asked me to walk a mile to front desk, that didn’t happen so towels were brought 4 hrs later. Left trash outside door and asked for new bags and they never left them. Ended up leaving a day earlier cause my back couldn’t take that bed another night. Would probably stay there again , rooms were good but will check beds 1st thing when I walk in. Breakfast was great! 3.5 of 5 stars

I had been there 3 years ago . This time place need some good update . Room in poor condition . It was not very clean . Pillows bad quality , and more

Great 2 bedroom suite however doors were filthy and need to be cleaned badly. Rest was pretty clean and rug was spotless. Furniture is very out of date but ok and bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs renovation but was clean.

The stay exceeded expectations considering the cost compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable enough. The kitchen was very helpful considering we were staying with a 2 year old. Issues with the tub but I was able to fix them myself. The rooms and property are dated and old but not musty or moldy. I dealt with about 10 different people at the front desk and all were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was available in the lobby. Laundry machines available to guests but we didn’t have the time (signs say 48 minutes for washing machines) and the gym is modest but we broke a sweat. Cute efficiency room with a view of the courtyard. It snowed our last night and that view was super pretty. Would certainly stay again: clean, affordable, friendly staff, good access to major highways.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in a room that ended up having a ceiling water leak overnight. The entire room smelled like vomit in the morning. Manager told us it’s been an ongoing issue with that room and we were not made aware prior. They are not repairing it because they have actually been evicted and will vacating the premises soon. Yet they continue to keep that room open for reservations. Regardless of the cost, STAY ELSEWHERE!

Rooms need some serious updating and cleaning . Asked for a late checkout of an hour as a VIP member and was told I’d be charged $25. I have NEVER paid for a late check out in my life .
