Situated on the Eastbourne seafront, with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach, Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town centre and Eastbourne Pier, a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. All double rooms have a small silent fridge. All rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The smaller of our single rooms has private facilities with a separate private shower on the same landing. Our sea view rooms have balconies with seating. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 10 minutes’ walk from the guest house. Breakers offers easy access to water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.Daha Fazla Göster

An amazing stay with friendly family This is a family run hotel, we enjoyed two nights stay, amazing breakfast, clean room and a good location. Mark was really helpful and supportive in all kind of the stay. I would suggest this hotel to everyone going tl eastbourne.

We had a total blast staying at the Breakers. The rooms are quiet, extraordinary clean and the interior looks new. The English breakfast is plenty and delicious. The location is in a rather quiet part of town, and a 10 minutes walk away from the pier or city center. Both were not for us but we enjoyed evening walks down the coast line in the other direction instead. We did tours to the seven sisters, beachy head and cuckmere haven. All around a 20 minutes drive or less and fantastic views and hiking trails. We would totally recommend a stay here.

From booking to check out, this beautiful B & B is lovely. Fabulous location with sea views. Easy walking into town. Mark and Christine are super friendly and helpful, the decor throughout the house is calming and tastefully designed, especially for the age of the property. Everything you need for a few days away is in the room. We had a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sea views, with table & chairs. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with a lovely fruit salad too. Would highly recommend and definitely would return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If you are looking for a very comfortable place to stay which offers great service, a delicious breakfast, is super clean, quiet, and a great location, look no further. Mark and Christine are the perfect hosts.

Room- Spacious with a big bed and clean ensuite. Private Balcony- Great seaview with awesome sunrise. Breakfast- Quality food and coffee. English breakfast (just the right quantity) served hot within 5 to 8 minutes of ordering. Location- Walking distance from everywhere including train station. Buses nearby. Sea front across the road. Host- Warm, helpful,friendly, attentive, without being overbearing. Things to do- Hop on hop off open top bus over the Seven Sisters. Eat and drink- At the Marine pub. Traditional food done really well 👌

What a beautiful B&B super clean, comfy and really quiet. Our room had everything we needed. Mark and Christine clearly take alot of pride in there work. Really friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great plenty of options. Mark gave us the names of some lovely places to eat which made a perfect weekend. Will be returning in July

Beautiful first floor room with balcony and sea view . The host was lovely and thoughtful , went out of their way to accommodate , the beach is across the road and there are plenty of places to eat after your delicious breakfast . Will definitely return here .

This review is for last year-- I thought it had been posted and it had not! Our stay at The Breakers for the Rothesay International in 2023 could not have been better. Mark and Christine were so welcoming and helpful, especially during a small personal emergency. The breakfasts were delicious-- carefully made and presented. It was so pleasant to chat with the other guests who were also in town for the tennis! We had a spotless room, directly across the street from the promenade. Overall, a wonderful choice. We would love to return sometime.

Fabulous on the seafront very friendly and helpful owner's Mmm breakfast lovely lots of choice very quiet peaceful big room very cleaner big for 1 person got everything you needed not far from railway st bus station town centre all within 15mins walk 😀
