Located in the Gordano services outside Bristol, the Ramada is in a good location for anyone driving into the city. It also has a number of Tesla superchargers and ample parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Theroon decor is modern.

excellent front desk staff. Allen and his supervisor were helpful and accommodative in arranging guest room for us (we had quite heavy luggage and preferred to stay on the ground floor). other staff were also friendly and nice. room was clean and tidy

位置於M5高速回旋處、適合駕車人士。進入市中心還有約10km多、可以共用休息站設施、內有餐廳、超市等。

Well....where to begin, carpets were stained with Lord knows what, strong smell of cheap air fresheners and pets were allowed in the hotel...need I say anymore!!!

Stayed to break up journey.
Arrived just after they had finished serving food which was fine but the services next had also shut too
Room was cold, heating didn't work so needed to plug in the little electric heater.
Morning the shower was scolding as there was no cold water coming through.

Our room was clean less for the bin in the bathroom being emptied. The staff were really lovely and friendly so that’s a 5 star but the breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was luke warm and lacked choice. That said, we dined at 10am.

The hotel was well placed for us to break our journey and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

For the purpose of our overnight stay, the hotel did the job. The bedding and towels were clean and reasonably comfortable and the complimentary tea tray was clean too.
The carpet had undeterminable red stains which it didn't appear had been cleaned or attempted to be cleaned. One bedside light didn't work.
The remote for the TV didn't work which I believe was the batteries.
The other guests were so very noisy, arguing too on the corridor before 6 in the morning, unlucky for us! The 1cm gap between door and frame meant we could hear everything and the corridor lights shone right through too.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, check in and out very easy. We didn't need to dine there so don't know about those facilities but looked quite welcoming from reception.
