Excelente alojamiento. Muy fácil de ubicar, el transporte que va desde el aeropuerto te deja muy cerca del lugar. Esta muy limpio y bonito pero sobre todo acogedor de acuerdo al clima de Edimburgo. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sobre todo un excelente precio ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Another great night at Torfin. Great food, best service and a brilliantly friendly atmosphere. Family with kids, dogs, and baby- all well catered for. Always feels like you are welcomed as friends and staff definitely look after you. Will be back - again

the noise from the road was very loud and I asked to change rooms.
rooms are cleaned every 2 days tea bags and milk were not refreshed, I had to go to the bar to ask for more.
the rooms were away from the pub/ restaurant so if there was a problem in the night I am not sure who I would call.
To get to the rooms you go up outside steps, the light does not come on until you are half way down the steps so in the dark is dangerous.

We flew in for a wedding in the West End of the city. The Torfin was perfectly placed between the airport and the venue. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated with a comfortable king bed. Even though we had a road side room, we were not aware of any excessive noise. The rooms are accessed outside of the pub which we saw as a positive as you don't need to go through a pub to get back. There is a bus stop to the city centre right outside. The 26 gets you there in 10 minutes and runs around every 10 minutes. From there when we left it was £10 in an Uber to get to our car hire place so we could get to our next destination.

This property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, both the B and B and the restaurant down stairs.
We used Uber to get around. About 10 min. In to town or out to the airport.
The only thing I would change are the bed pillows. They are very thin and offer no support.

I wouldn’t stay again , not very clear that there stairs up to the room and no lift not ideal when travelling with a 2 year old and by yourself , very dark of a night time walking up a side bit of the venue , had to let myself in via a key safe as it’s not manned of a night the beds aren’t fantastic either can hear the springs in the mattress sorry not for me I wouldn’t come back

It was a great one-night stay and accessible to public transportation and less than 15mins. drive to the airport and downtown. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The area was clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Our room at the Torfin was comfortable for our 1-night stay. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It was quiet as well for a good night sleep, though I note the restaurant was closed the evening we stayed. We did however have some minor issues with cleanliness with small noticeable stains on the sheets and sticky dirty floors that we weren’t happy with.

I went straight to the Torfin after a long, tiring international flight and was so impressed by the welcome I received. It’s a small hotel (just four rooms above a pub, basically), but they go above and beyond to care for their guests. The room was so cool—lots of nice touches throughout! I ate lunch in the restaurant and thought it was first rate. I’d happily return, if I’m ever lucky enough to come back to Scotland!
