Really happy with the stay here. Lovely clean room. Great breakfast and evening meal. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Super clean hotel and room, lovely kind staff and so friendly, however, NO chef so restaurant was closed! Plus no hot water from sink So had to shave from the tub faucet. Awful mattress, slept poorly. Pillows were dreadful as well.

Fine but no hot water in the mornimg. I boiled it in the kettle to wash in. Otherwise it was a very comfortable visit

On arrival after an 8 hour drive, the Restaurant was closed due to no chef or staff. Our Room - On entry you were hit with the worst damp stench ever as soon as you opened the door. The bed was the worst we'd ever slept on and certainly not " The best nights sleep" as they describe. Old, lumpy and very uncomfortable! Breakfast - No milk, no bread/toast, no pastries, no cooked breakfast ready. Had to wit while she cooked everything and then it wasn't the best.

Hi, I stayed last weekend to premier inn I was satisfied with the hotel, the cleaning ,room, but the only problem was that the staff was not present at the reception or at the bar, and the restaurant was closed because the chef called in sick

Staff are friendly and helpful rooms are clean the only down side is the catering the menu only had half the items the in-house bar was all bottle service paying full pint prices for a bottle of beer reception didn’t know if the cook was going to turn up and breakfast was supposed to start at 06:30 but we’re still waiting at 10 to 7 am

The hotel was more a Premier plus standard. The room was perfect clean and quiet. The staff were lovely and we were really made to feel welcome.

Second time of booking at this hotel and the second time the restaurant was closed on arrival with no previous warning'after traveling some hundred and thirty miles to get there had to find another venue to eat,not h best experience.

Very friendly welcome and during our stay, the staff could not do enough for us. Food was excellent & service. Will stay again.
