Zur Alten Mine

Прекрасный отель, чтобы остановиться и посмотреть каньон реки Блайд. Домики чистые, аккуратные, есть все, что нужно для проживания. Вечером прекрасно можно провести время на веранде или на скамейке возле пруда. Мы были в прохладное время года - в домике топили печь и были простыни с электрическим подогревом, это было очень удобно. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Большое спасибо.

Stayed for two nights and had a great time. The property is amazing, right in the middle of nature with trees, some animals and even a (short-ish) walking track through the forest. The owners and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also good with some self-made things like break and jam.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Zur Alten Mine. The hosts were kind and accommodating, the honeymoon chalet over the dam spacious and clean, and the tranquility unmatched. We would also highly recommend booking the continental breakfast - and don't skip on the pancakes - they were delicious with the homemade jam!

Beautiful rural property just outside Graskop with a wonderful host. We had a whole "cottage" which was nice, not fancy, but charming and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place. Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful property. The short walking trails around the property were beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information in the area. The area felt very safe. We stayed in one of the family cottages and it was very comfortable and very cozy and homey. It was well equipped with the comforts of home (there was even a jar of fresh cookies/biscuits in the kitchen). The place was also very clean. I would highly recommend and the pictures do not do the place justice. It was much better being there in person.

Our family stayed in the Family Cottage and the Garden Cottage. The surroundings are fabulous, and the hostess is welcoming, kind and accommodating. My children loved exploring the dam, watching the fish and seeing the goats. The gardens are tranquil and the cottages are well appointed. The indoor fireplaces warm the whole cottage in the evenings and provide a welcoming atmosphere. The self-catering kitchens are well outfitted and there is a braai area at the Family Cottage. We did not have enough time to do the walk, although it sounded lovely. The Family cottage has an upstairs room, which the kids loved! The beds were comfortable. The shower has four different settings, which made the kids laugh, and was lovely. Breakfast was fabulous! Such an array of interesting options.
