Vert Hotel Eilat by Afi Hotels

In general, a good experience, delicious and varied food, courteous and professional staff, cleanliness just fine, we had less luck with the internet on the 9th floor, it worked very slowly and the parking problem, free parking is advertised but only a few people have parking and the rest have to manage outside the hotel in paid parking , thanks fun, Meli and Danny

No electricity for several hours in the 40 degrees in Eilat / August. Only 2 elevators out of 5 worked. (2 in Shabbat mode and one out of order)

Hotel very nice staff very friendly. Food is great 👍. We stayed here for five days and I don’t want to leave. It has a great pool and front lobby. I love how the room gets cleaned everyday. They gave us 2 foldable beds because 4 people cannot fit in 2 beds. The foldable beds were actually surprisingly comfortable. Overall great experience .

The hotel facilities and service are good. The food is great.. unfortunately, there is an amusement park ride outside of the hotel that operates even past midnight. if you wake up easily I wouldn't recommend this hotel. but overall the experience wasn't that bad.

The hotel in general was good. The room was amazing, big and clean . The hotel is clean, games room for kids. room service came in less than 5 minutes when needed towels. We couldnt find even one tv channel in Arabic although many Arab speakers are visiting the hotel . channels available in the basic packages of tv providers in Israel. We ordered and paid extra for welcome surprise to the room. They didnt deliver it, I even mentioned it in the review but looks like no one read the reviews.

Back in May I wrote a review on the hotel as a long stay guest, with some frustration with the roof solerium,which we became aware on arrval,as its important we should have.Been tokd before we booked,allowing for time to decide or cancel, however the fact the hotel were slow to react until we did get through to the Manager responsible and things slowly improved but they could not fix everything,it would be wrong to condem the hotel on one area although important to us, just frustration and the lack of action,which was difficult for them to achieve in time span, however overall we enjoyed our stay in every other respect, the rooms,beach,pool area,general cleanliness was very good,while food was the normal dead sea fare but generally good enough to find something you want, Given the hotels rating and the cost,it went pretty well but if you only have english, sometimes that can be part of an issue to get things resolved, generally as in all hotels in the dead sea reception generally speak english and can help, worth noting. Long stay clients often psoirosis sufferers and skin treatments will especially be pleased to hear? If and when the solerium is put back to its usual high standard as in previous years for 2024 ?

Great hotel excellent staff welcoming and friendly we will definitely come again we love Eilat and now even more with our experience with Vert Hotel great location with marina and the Red Sea view the rooms were very clean and well maintained

The dining room was great also the room cleaning status and very good service from all employees. Food was also wonderfully. Prices was good to other hotels near by with same level. Hotels personals employees gave us wonderfully services.

We had a great time, excellent location, the staff of the hotel is very kind, the room we got was clean and tidy with a view of the sea, the food was delicious and the pool was clean, the hotel is near the ice mall and a five minute walk to the beach :)
