Harika bir konaklama geçirdim ama dolandırıldığımı hissettiğimde hayal kırıklığına uğradım… Asla bir inceleme yazmam ama yorum yapmam gerektiğini hissettim… Yanlışlıkla otele 2 değil 1 kişi için rezervasyon yaptırdım.
Otel, ekstra ücretin 1500 Mısır poundu olduğunu belirtiyor, ancak internet üzerinden ve bu web sitesi aracılığıyla 2 kişi için rezervasyon yaparsanız, bu maliyetin yarısı oluyor….. ön büro personelinin kullandığı bahane, yatakları ayırmak zorunda kalmamızdı. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için bu etkileyici bir yorum değildi. Daha önce sokak Regis otelinden gelmiş olan bu otel, tekrar satın alma işlemimi kaybetti. Bu daha çok meselenin esasıydı. Şimdi de benden kazara 1500 usd abs tahsil etti ve sonra bu tutarı iade etmek zorunda kaldı - gerçekten tek başına bu hatadan yola çıkarak düşünürdünüz, ön büro görevlisi bu ücreti düşüreceğimi söylemek için inisiyatif kullanırdı.

這是我埃及行中最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。酒店每個細節做的是行業的標桿。以後去中東旅行，首選Adress這個品牌。這裏的職員培訓到位，服務很好。在餐廳吃了二次晚餐，其中的番茄湯和甜點給我留下美好的印象。大堂那裡的晚霞很美。出了酒店可以去看看地中海的海灘，步行十五分鐘。早餐不錯，種類雖然不是很多，勝在精緻。總體很滿意。酒店有停車場。

I recently stayed at Address Golf and had an incredible time. The rooms were comfortable, the dining was delicious, and the staff, especially Adam, made our experience exceptional. Highly recommended! P.S. Take into consideration loud music at night from the neighbourhood.

Sweilem is the best. He is very nice and smiley and firendly. The rooms are very clean and neat. I will come again to the hotel. Everything is perferct. The staffs are nicest person l ve ever seen in a hotel. Services are very good from the all hotels l ve ever been stayed. Everything was great for my side.

The staff was so friendly and kind The food quality was excellent The room and facilities were luxurious and so clean. Reciptionists specially Hadeer and Mahmoud and restaurants workers were very helpful. There are system for everything Everybody is professional.

The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and the shisha and tobacco service was very poor. The shisha attendant demanded a tip, and when I declined, he treated me rudely. The following day, his behavior towards me was even worse....this is not acceptable

Spa facility is great and massage is extremely professional and hospitality is really good too. Overall it is a great spa to visit or to have a good treatment. The balinese massage is wow. Staff is helpful. It is clean. Nice indoor pool. Cozy atmosphere

I made a reservation at Sax restaurant for a special dinner celebrating our wedding anniversary, first of all I waited 2 weeks until I received my confirmation. When we arrived the waiters seated us in a table which was near the bar and near all water bottles for around 5 tables. We asked to move our table the hostess came and told us there were no places except at the wall behind the band. We decided to stay at our table, however when other patrons came next to us they complained and they seated them in the best area in front of the band, also about her couple came they also complained and they happily changed their table without even a second though!!! The owners or who ever is running this so called restaurant and the receptionist have no training. I would never come to this place again really bad service and bad tempered waiters DO NOT GO it’s a waste of your money
