Mattress on the couch bed had dark brown spots should have been replaced years ago. Black mold on ceiling in the bathroom over the bathtub no fan in bathroom. Not worth the money they charge for the rooms

Tammi was the manager on duty when i checked in. She was amazing and extremely helpful. Every time i saw her she had a smile on her face.

We had to get our rooms changed due to a nasty sofa bed etc && the room we got moved to wasn’t even a suite like I paid for. It was a regular room but at least it was clean

Only issue I had with my room I was in was the faulty shower head when I was trying to take a shower. Other than that, I had no other issues.

Staff upon check-in were very prompt and courteous. Facilities very clean. Our only problem (Room 217) was that the shower did not work--but we were able to take a bath--Not something I prefer when staying at a hotel, but it worked. There was not an attendant at the desk upon check-out so I was not able to inform them of this issue.

1) Upon arrival the front desk was unattended. After waiting about 5 minutes, we rung the bell. At this time, a gentleman came up and said, "you didn't need the bell, I was coming." My husband asked why he didn't say anything if he saw us standing there.
2) The hot water was lukewarm, even after allowing it to run for nearly 10 minutes, it never got hot.
3) The lamps only had 1 lightbulb.
4) The fridge freezer has buildup ice.
5) The lady serving breakfast was rude and had an attitude. There was a cup sitting by the waffle maker. The sign said "please use cup for waffle batter". Apparently, I used the wrong cup and she got very testy about it telling me, the cup I used was for the fork, which was laying by the waffle maker, not in the cup when I came downstairs, so I had no idea where it belonged.
6) There was no fruit and a limited selection of yogurt.
7) There was only 1 kleenex in the box in the bathroom.
8) The floor had not been vacuumed good because there was trash (glitter, lint, fine paper) in the carpet.
