Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Was okay for a night. Check was Great Gentleman was friendly and attentive. Room had a smell bought a air freshener and spray room.

Very nice location very clean hotel would definitely recommend this for business travelers, even though it’s off the beaten path, safe and well worth it

We originally were only going to stay 1 night but when our flight was rescheduled we chose to stay here again because we like it so much!

Felt like service could have been a little more better. Stayed for 4 nights and no room service offered to clean our room and restock on supplies needed. Had to ask a housekeeper lady that was cleaning the room next to us for extra toilet paper and clean towels etc. Front desk wasn't that much of a help when asked for a latter check out cause our flight leaves at 7pm and was hoping to get a late check out like around 1pm or 2pm. The swimming pool was dirty and closed the entire time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone or stay here again.

It’s wasn’t clean bad smell in the hallway’s it wasn’t what we expected off a holiday inn I’ll give it a 1 ⭐️ and the one at sunland park doniphan park drive is a 5 ⭐️
