View from room and incredible view from dining area. Included breakfast - although it said continental the breakfast was very good and included sandwiches, fruits, pastries, coffee etc.

The breakfast is horrible, we need to pay additional 360peso each person to get warm breakfast.
And the payment system is so bad, they always asking pay by cash.

Great staff, great room and bed very comfortable, very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool area with amazing beach sight.

Nice view from room but positive remarks end there. (a) the pool is closed and no beach (b) rude receptionist (c) breakfast is supposed to be free-- but they charge for over 2 persons and the meat/vegetables. (d) the parking garage is dangerous and unfinished (e) none of the staff speak English (f) the mini fridge sounds like a motorboat (g) there is no safe exit to the main road. Do not reccomend!

The hotel was clean with nice people. However with the roof pool, restaurant closed, it was really only a place to sleep.

I like the cleaness and the safety of the place. I did not like that the terrace and the pool are was closed due to construction.

The customer service was awesome, we had the pool all to our selfs. Security guard was very attentive and kind. We tried the restaurant next door and were amazed on the quality of food and service as well. You get to have a beautiful view if you select a premium room, it’s worth the price. Will definitely stay here again in the future. It’s only about 10 minutes away from downtown Ensenada.
