Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel

During our vacation in Zakynthos, we stayed at the Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a room with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot, away from the hustle of the tourist areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The Shipwreck and Blue Caves, as well as the harbour of Agios nikolaos were near the hotel which was ideal to visit those places. The highlight was undoubtedly the private balcony with spectacular views of the sea. Waking up every morning watching the sunrise over the horizon was an unforgettable experience. The hotel features a stunning and clean infinity pool. There is also a cozy poolside bar where we enjoyed delicious food. The gardens around the hotel are well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hospitality and professionalism of the small team made a real difference. The breakfast was nothing more than a person needs. Fresh fruit, veggies, eggs, toast, etc. Simple yet delicious. The hotel offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its exceptional service, luxurious accommodation, and beautiful location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Zakynthos. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautifully situated at the North /East part of Zakynthos, very close to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach. Very nice pool, towels provided and very attentive front desk staff. Quiet and peaceful. Far away from the busy tourist towns. Close to Agios Nicolaos and a decent selection of restaurants. Car or motor bike needed. Fridge, cooking utensils and nice terrace adjacent to the room. Beautiful view!

Had a great visit at this fantastic SeaView boutique property in Zakynthos. Huge pool and great pool bar. Right up the street from the not to be missed Blue Caves and Shipwreck boat tours. Staff and owner are truly a delightful. Great room prices too!

We spent 3 nights in one of the sea view apartements and it was just perfect. The room was very-very clean and we had enough place for two people. There is a small kitchen edge with everything to prepare easy foods, to make your breakfast or make a coffee. We had a beautiful new bathroom. And the balcony...it is a real dream with a full panorama view to the sea, the pool and Kefalonia. Every morning I could see the sunrise from the balcony. The balcony is really huge and sooo comfortable. There was a daily cleaning which was really perfect. The ladies who did the cleaning made our beds, took the garbage away and washed the dishes. Best service we had in Zakynthos. The whole property is very clean and luxury. It has an own pool with poolbar and enough sunbeds. The pool has an beautiful view to the sea and Kefalonia. In the huge garden are so many beautiful flower and plants. The hotel is almost on the northeast point of the island, so you need a car and there is no supermarket in the area. But you can book for 10 EUR/person and day breakfast if you want. It is always quiet there and you can walk to the windmill (great place to take a (sun)bath and to the lighthous or to the small place where you can book a boot tour to the blue caves or to the shipwreck. The hotel manager Matina and her familiy were so nice and kind to us during the whole stay. Matina was always smiling and did everything to make our holiday perfect. Minha primeira vez no Lithies foi em 2018, fomos tão bem tratados que voltamos agora. Eu amo o hotel, o quarto é amplo com uma pequena varanda e super limpo. O banheiro é ótimo , chuveiro bom e toalhas ótimas. Amo tomar café da manhã naquela paz , as pessoas do hotel são absurdamente simpáticas. Tem estacionamento. Espero voltar em breve.

Im Rahmen unserer Zakynthosreise mit unserer einjährigen Tochter buchten wir 2 Nächte im Lithies Boutique Hotel, da wir von Fotos und Beschreibung sehr begeistert waren. Leider entpuppte sich das gebuchte 3-Bett-Zimmer jedoch schnell als Reinfall - ein spartanisch eingerichteter, finsterer Raum auf der Hinterseite des Hauses, direkt unter dem Parkplatz, der angegebene sea side view nur marginal erkennbar, dafür spazierten sämtliche Hotelgäste an unserem Patio vorbei zum Pool. Zu allem Übel lag das Zimmer direkt am Eingang des Ganges zu sämtlichen Erdgeschoss Studios - die Eingangstüre fiel bei jedem Betreten oder Verlassen der Gäste laut ins Schloss; in dem sehr hellhörigen Zimmer hallte trotz geschlossener Tür und Fenstern jeder Schritt laut nach; ebenso waren die Streitereien, zu Boden fallenden Gegenstände und WC-Spülungen in den Nebenzimmern hörbar, sowie jedes ankommende Auto. An Schlaf war bis nach Mitternacht nicht zu denken, unser Kind wurde mehrmals aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Und das alles für 145€ / Nacht!!! Als wir am nächsten Morgen unser Problem meldeten und um ein anderes Zimmer baten, bekamen wir nur die knappe Antwort, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und man den Lärm ohnehin in allen Zimmern hören würde - online waren jedoch noch zumindest 3 weitere Zimmer (auch auf anderen Stockwerken) verfügbar! Wir wurden von der Besitzerin also schlichtweg angelogen. Einen derart schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt, schon gar nicht in dieser Preiskategorie. Das oberflächlich freundliche, insgeheim jedoch arrogante und ignorante Auftreten der Besitzerin, spiegeln die unsympathische Gesamtatmosphäre dieser Unterkunft wider, über die der schöne Garten unserer Meinung nach auch nicht hinwegtäuschen kann. Fazit: Hellhöriges Zimmer mit fehlendem Erholungscharakter, unehrliche Besitzerin, katastrophales Beschwerdemanagment bei Familie mit Kleinkind, sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir können von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nur abraten!
