Chicago O'Hare Airport

I liked my last stay here. Have the airport shuttle.

Bath tub was clogged asked multiple times to have it fixed never given clean towels rooms weren’t cleaned someone went in my room and left the door open

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable , clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast, works for me. The only complain I have the parking lot and pool area need attention, other then that it was a pleasant stay.

Was charged extra for parking and felt shamed for booking through ***********. Air conditioning stopped working at some point and attempted to call desk but no answer. When I checked out I informed the desk attendant and he said I would have to tell ***********. I did not get any sleep, room was a sauna. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Would not recommend.

Warning: do NOT stay here. We booked a stay-and-fly package on Wyndham’s own website for this hotel with 21 days parking included. Upon checking in, hotel manager stated they could not honor the price and wanted to charge us more. We showed them the email confirmation with including parking listed inside the email. They still wouldn’t budge. We had to call Wyndham corporate to escalate their lack of commi**ent. They then said they would lower their price but won’t match what was shown in our email. What made matters worse: corporate said they would open a complain file but they wouldn’t honor their customer’s pricing either. (*note: we paid regular price for our stay-and-fly package. There was no promotion involved. When you see the pricing on their website, do NOT believe it. They’ll charge you more upon arrival.)

The hotel its ok, but the reception guy was rude and didn’t explain that i had to make a reservation to use the transfer to the airport. And my room didn’t had a hair drier, wich is a item that all hotels have

Not a highlight of the trip. Needed to stay overnight to catch flight in the morning. Don't expect a good breakfast, but the shuttle was reliable. Not much else to say. Filling up 200 characters. 12345

Ordered reservation for Sept 7th. Arrived and they said I had the reservation for the 8th.prepaid through adoga. Both parties said I had to pay for the 8th and they wouldn't change the date. SILLY PEOPLE!! I HAD BEEN GOING HERE FOR TEN YEARS!!! So my wife and I promptly went down the street to courtyard by Wyndham. Much better accommodations. My loyalty kept me going,but no longer...first time in 40 years I have disputed a charge. But it was two hours before check in so it shouldn't have been a problem. The people that own this hotel are unwilling to help. Courtyard was so much better on rooms amenities and food.sayonara la quinta.
