Was a nice stay and very clean found garhage on the ground in the room but anybody could have missed it it kind of blended in with the floor. Will definitely come back again.

Broken doorknob on the bathroom, loud neighbors, used to love eating at the cafe. Food now lacks flavor on every part of the plate, very disappointed in it. This isnt the cheapest hotel to stay in when it comes to this area, but they are definitely presenting like it should be the cheapest.

We made reservations for the steakhouse a couple of weeks ahead of time. When we checked in we were told the restaurant was closed that night. We traveled all the way from Reno for nothing.

Have stayed 3 times now on our travels from California to Idaho. Always has been a great experience for us with clean nice rooms!

Over all it was good, I was disappointed that I asked for new towels for the next day and they did not accommodate. other than that everything was good.

We paid for premium rooms that were filthy dirty. The pillows are so old their is no shape to them. The roof leaked, fridge broken, ceiling tiles open in bathroom area with dirt coming out.

We did not stay at hotel, there was no power at the hotel and it was a smoking hotel. Hotels should have to state that on website.
