The hotel was excellent!
Ghadeer who works at the reception was extremely professional and nice. She helped get us checked in early and made us feel at home.

Horrible experience with Setai , it was 105 degrees outside and the air conditioning in our room did not work I asked the maintenance to fix it while I’m at the pool they said they fixed it but when i came back to the room it was like a stove inside the room , ask them to fix it 4 times and they was not able to do so, on the top of that the shower was blockage and the water got into the entire room when we took a shower.
When we finally wanted to leave the room we asked for transportation to the reception to do the check in and we waited 40 min but no one showed up so me and my pregnant wife had to walk 10 min in the heat to get there so we can finally finish with this nigh**are .

We had a wonderful stay at The Setai. During our stay, the chef, Tzvi, was very welcoming and made our stay even better. I really appreciated Tsvi’s hospitality- he made sure we were enjoying our stay and it was great to see how passionate he was about his work. His food and service were top-notch and I would definitely visit the hotel again!

The entire Staff was incredible, the life Gaurd Shemon wqs always going the extra mile. Tzvika the chef and his staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Eli, Nur, Sahar, And all the manawas always there to ask if we need anything.

Don’t go if you want peace and quiet. The hotel is noisy and disrespectful for people who are coming for quiet time with themselves. Overpriced

The private pools and jacuzzis aren't that private. I was gaslit about an "upgrade" from a private pool to a jacuzzi.

This hotel needs good management. The grounds are shabby and the rooms
Are clean but worn. The staff never smiles. We had to tell a manager to clear some tables for others to sit. Not we’ll run.
