Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.

Lovely location and we had an upgrade to one of the best rooms upon arrival which was as a surprise! Lovely breakfast but Could do better with cleanness of the hotel.

Really had good time staying at Elstree Borehamwood. The rooms were very clean and tidy, spotless Excellent. Breakfast was lovely, choices of different food item. Dinner was excellent and lovely too.. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. From the entrance to reception was cleaned. Excellent location and great choice traveling into London specifically Wembley..

I got the hotel room as it is a short drive from the wedding hall to use as a place to change and relax. Upon arrival the staff member was brilliant, helping me with early check in and any other questions I had.

The girl on reception was so friendly when we arrived and when I mentioned it was my sons birthday she brought out some chocolates as a gift for him which started off our stay perfectly. The rooms at premier inn are always clean and my son loves the comfy double bed that I always let him use

Overall, the experience has been quite satisfactory, with the exception of the morning breakfast. Naga at the reception has been exceptionally helpful, always wearing a smile and attentive to guests' needs. He kindly invited me for dinner and explained the meal deal package, which sounded appealing. The service during dinner was exceptional, although the food was just okay. However, the morning breakfast was rather unpleasant and gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. On a brighter note, the rooms are well maintained.

Since we last stayed over 2 years ago & vowed never to return, we found ourselves needing to book the same location. Abdul (Manager) & team have transformed this location to a pleasant hotel that looks after guests. Friendly & helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The only down side is the parking charges

They have amazing customer service. Where I met Evelyn, lovely young lady. Always smiling!!! very helpful and caring to her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable, very good hygiene. Also very easy to navigate around the hotel.
