Otelde farklı zamanlarda bir çok kez konakladım. Odalar ***et geniş, rahat ve konforlu. Oda servisi her zaman hızlı, sıcak ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltıda kaliteli ve çeşitli ürünler mevcut. Otel içindeki diğer restaurantlarıda deneme fırsatı bulduk. Hepsi birbirinden güzeldi ama Lübnan ve Italyan restaurantlarını özel olarak tavsiye ederim. Spor salonu kullanmak isteyenler için ekimpanlar ***et yeterli. Spor salonuda dahil olmak üzere otel içinde temizlik ve hijyen üst seviyede idi. Çalışanlar ***et güleryüzlü ve herhangi bir ihtiyaç halinde çok hızlı şekilde destek veriyorlar.

Today , March 28/24 In my visit to the bar bond I have met Mr. Majd a bartender I have not seen throughout my travels to over 20 countries. He gave his outstanding and very generous service. what made him different the most is, his most unbelievable whiskey recipe!!! Thank you ROTANA for having such great employee.

Erbil Rotanna Hotel is an exceptional experience. All of the staff members are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. In the morning breakfast, would like to thank Mr. Michael who assisted me with my cappuccino addiction. But, to be clear all of the staff members are really extremely helpful!

5-star dining experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel restaurant staff (Mr. Diyaa Alkasem and Mr. Modar Almhethawy and Mr. Marinos). From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentiveness. The wait staff went beyond to ensure my dining experience was perfect, offering helpful suggestions and accommodating my requests with grace. The food was delicious, but it was impeccable service that truly made my meal memorable. Highly recommend dining here for a top-notch experience!

Everything was perfect and great. I loved the food too, the breakfast and the other restaurants were excellent too. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. And the staff, specifically Ms. Yara was very professional and very helpful. I will definitely visit again and will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

I have had the pleasure to stay in the Rotana on many occasions and I am never disappointed. The staff are fantastic and we are always well looked after. There are great gym and spa and there is always great things on offer to do .
