Hotel Victoria Menorca - New Opening

Spent a week there with my partner, fantastic week!! Just a few bits I think they could improve on...the a la carte restaurant on the top floor, food was quite bland with not much choice, stunning views though. Advertise the spa and spa treatments a little more, we didn't know where it was until half way through the holiday. Now the pros ...everything else!!! We went all inclusive, the food in the buffet and snacks bar I couldn't fault, drink choices were fantastic! I did a couple of the workout classes, really fun and the lady who did them was fantastic and always got people involved in the agua fit. Service from all members of staff was amazing, some where learning English so we translated phrases on our phones. We had a room with a small plunge pool which over looked the woodland area, lovely and peaceful and loved listening to the birds. We loved it so much we have actually booked again from May 2025! This is a very quiet area, if you are looking for somewhere to go to clubs or bars in the evening it may be quiet for you, we visited Haley's (showed football and boxing), Malibu, Es Pines (amazing food) and Magic Pan (great late night pizza). We are learning Spanish for our trip back next year, and if I could I'd be returning sooner.

This hotel fully deserves all the praise of reviewers. It's in a quiet setting with woodland around, plus it's a short stroll to a gorgeous sandy beach. The facilities are excellent and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a marvellous surprise to find plenty of poolside sunbeds, tables and parasols, and with the option to sit on other sun-decks or on the lawned areas. The overall impression of the whole hotel was one of spaciousness. The food in the restaurant was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious with such a lot of variation, especially in the freshly cooked fish. The restaurant staff were so efficient and attentive and a total joy. Ironically, the food in the main restaurant was consistently millions times better than the meal in the 'signature a la carte restaurant ' known as The Culinarium. This is described as offering 'one-night's Fine Dining for all-inclusive and half-board customers'. However, our starter of rubbery mushrooms alongside tiny pieces of tough pork belly with tooth-breakingly hard 'crackling', served on a bed of mashed potato [aka 'foam']; followed by a main course of another bed of mash (this time sweet potato mash) topped with three tough pork medallions and gravy; and then a dessert of a fairly average chocolate pudding with mixed berries was a really disappointing experience .... albeit with a fantastic view of the sea and countryside towards Son Bou. One of the Tui staff we spoke to about this agreed with every comment about the food served, and promised a review of the situation. It is refreshing that the Tui team are open to receiving feedback. (We trust Tui to up-grade the food on offer in the Culinarium to its many loyal customers .... or else down-grade their flowery description of it) .

Just back from a glorious 11days at this newly refurbished hotel , what can we say cannot fault it , beautifuly done , lovely hotel, lovely comfy room , we had a sea view which was amazing, lots of different areas around the pool and plenty of sunbeds , beach on you’re doorstep and nice walks from the hotel , from checking in staff to tui reps and all the staff especially dining room staff were fantastic what a lovely crew 😀food and drinks amazing we can’t wait to come back thankyou so much to all the staff that made our holiday memorable , ps absolutely spotless hotel 👌

I highly recommend this hotel, absolutely wonderful staff who are very helpful, polite and chatty , who seem very happy in their jobs , Everyone working in the restaurant were fantastic ! Standard Rooms are a little small so if you can go for the suite , but if it’s for a week then they will be fine . Plenty of bedding around the pool, which was warm when we were there, entertainment was good, the Swedish girls especially kally( English pronounced) was excellent in her keep fit, and roll as entertainment expert , and a lovely lady .Bar staff friendly and work hard . Not a lot to do off site , some nice walks , but beach is great. Alex the Tui manager doing a great job in running the show, always helpful and knowledgeable. Food is what you would expect from hotel, but they are working hard to improve it, certainly not a deal breaker . We loved it and will be back !😄

We are having a fantastic holiday. On day four and have already decided we will be coming back. The hotel is very clean and the food is fantastic. Something for everyone. The staff are exceptional. I heard a lady staff member saying, they are a family and it's her second home.

Stunning hotel in the most beautiful setting. Absolutely spotless & all staff went above & beyond. We had a suite with a private pool & enormous balcony which was amazing. High quality food & always lots of variety. Spent our days on the roof terrace - fabulous chilled vibe & outstanding service from Karell & Eduardo Each day. Would absolutely return!!! Thank you to all the team! The only negatives for us would be about the limited wardrobe space - the bars are too high & my long dresses cover the two drawers underneath - all drawers are really shallow in depth & you have to use two hands to open them…. We have stayed a week & could only just fit our clothes in - no chance if we d been staying two weeks. There’s two large areas wasted that could be filled with drawers I would also like a metal basket fitted in the shower to hold our toiletries etc - currently have to store them on the floor?

We have just spent 11 days at the Victoria, it was fabulous, couldn’t fault a thing: the food, the re-vamped hotel itself, the position, but most of all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return possibly in the autumn or next May. Alex the TUI guide manager was always there and always coming up with new ideas….wine tastings cheese tasting. Cocktail making and silent cinema night. We’ll done Alex

This hotel is in an amazing location at the start of the beautiful beach. The hotel grounds are stunning, you could spend a week here and not leave, there are plenty sun beds etc, none of the towels at dawn nonsense. May I just say the Tui team and all the staff have been faultless, the room, the food/drink, entertainment have all been 5 star 🌟 we are going home tomorrow and don’t want too, a nice range of age groups so very nice to speak to lots of lovely people. Don’t know why there are a couple of negative reviews my wife and I can’t fault it!!we will return next year. Thank you guys

Great location for a relaxing week in the sun. Transfer time around an hour to Sant Tomas , arrival drinks and welcome at hotel great. Our room was modern with all modern amenities including a power walk in shower Great balcony area looking onto woodland area. Communal areas and facilities fantastic . Lovely pool bar , fitness facilities , daily events , & spa / fitness suite etc. Pool bar food quality along with a well designed pool area and gardens.Plenty sun beds and loungers as well as outside Jacuzzi area.Loads of sunbeds / even water beds in shallow part of pool. The whole hotel is run by staff who are pleasant and make your stay memorable. Our experience of half board dining was exceptional. Breakfasts full range of English and continental with chiefs on hand to make certain dishes to order. ( pancakes etc) Evening meals were plentiful and a range of meats etc buffet style . However a chef on hand to replenish and cook certain guest choice dishes . Desserts were fresh and varied . Good selection of wines on the list Evening entertainment was provided.super roof top area for day sunbathing and night Culinarium restaurant and cocktail bar . Super for viewing the great sunsets of Menorca and views of the coastline . Hotel has a fantastic location with 50 metres walk to the beach, well stocked supermarket opposite Local bus stop is 20 metres across road from hotel ( Ciutadella 50 mins away / approx. 5 euros also Mahón similar)
