Globales Lord Nelson

Rooms comfortable but check what room you get. We are currently in 810 and inland view it’s shocking. I asked to move even offered to pay more but they said full not possible however I looked on jet2 website you can still book a holiday from tomorrow so where are they putting them! In other words can’t be bothered moving us. Disappointing response. They need more bar staff on as always a queue. You can only order wine by bottle at dinner otherwise you have to go to bar yourself weird for 4 star hotel never had it anywhere else. Food ok.

Very modern hotel small room with not much room for hanging clothes and even less for storing your suitcases . Entertainment was quite good while we were there but all inclusive was hardly worth paying the extra . Plenty of loungers and parasols but if you want one near the pool make sure you’re up bright and early to claim your place .

We had a wonderful 10 nights at Globales Lord Nelson . We had read the reviews and thought if it’s as bad as some of the reviews then we had made a mistake but ……… what a pleasant surprise. Hotel was clean , relaxed atmosphere, fabulous staff, room was nice with a beautiful view and a super comfortable bed , distance to the beach was minimal . We considered ourselves lucky to have found it . Santó Tomas was a very quiet area but was great for people who are really mobile and also people who are less mobile, they had well maintained footpaths that are flat and give you great views of the beach ( they also had picnic areas and seating near the beach) . So now to the finer details, the food at the hotel were perfectly fine, I struggled a couple of days but that was probably because I’m a really fussy eater ( only saw chicken breast once ) . Breakfast was consistently good and the pastries and donuts were incredible. The staff were lovely, very professional, never asked for tips and all seemed to be working so hard . And when I say all I mean all , housekeeping, restaurant staff , bar staff , reception staff , groundskeepers, pool staff ! Hotel entertainment was fantastic……. Mostly. We had some amazing singers and an awesome magician but the entertainment took a nose dive near the end of our holiday they had employed someone new who reminded me of a children’s entertainer ( rode around on a unicycle ) on her first night did a music quiz ( that was terrible) then to fill the rest of her time ran around with a piece of paper asking for song requests . If Globales have any sense they will move her to their family hotel which is on the same road and stick with adult entertainment and Lord Nelson . Smoking area is in the wrong place , it’s right outside the door which leads out to the pool area ( mostly it was used there was the occasional disrespectful person who was not smoking in the smoking area or they was dumping their ash on the floor) . Separate all inclusive bar menus and pool bar food menu was a little frustrating as the all inclusive drinks menu was limited but was ok , however you had to pay if you wanted certain drinks or food at the pool bar . Overall though except for those few details we had a truly wonderful experience and would definitely be returning ( depending on the entertainment) . Globales you should be very proud of Lord Nelson hotel it’s a gem 💎 thank you

Second time at this hotel Cleanliness 5☆ Staff 5☆ Food breakfast good Evening meal standard has dropped since last year so much that it will stop us,booking this hotel again the food is bland sub standard and poor amount of choices great if you want to eat nothing but salads all week sorry lord Nelson but you need to up your game

This hotel is a nice hotel very clean and staff very pleasent although almost all dont speak any English The food is ok Right next to beaches 18 euros for two longers and parosole but ... No extras like Dressing gowns or slippers Very remote so you do ideally need to hire a car If staying in one of the Bungalows, they are pleasent but very small and the hotels free wifi works outside of the Bungalows but you lose reception inside Cannot speak of what it's like in the main hotel as No English speaking Channels on Tv,s Nearest town takes about an hour to walk although you can easily get a taxi 28 euros into San bon Bus stops are very near the hotel There are quite a few Supermarkets, non sell tobacco so if your a smoker make sure you bring your supplies with you My opinion is this hotel is for people who just want a very quiet holiday and to relax Although very pleasent this hotel im my opinion is no way a 4*

Lovely food, and very close to the Beach. Entertainment staff just seemed to chat all the time to guests and did not see them actually " entertain " at all during our stay. In fact they joined guests at their tables for drinks alot of the time ? nice work if you can get it. Very lazy entertainment staff. Management take note.

The staff are very helpful and the waiters are really nice and pleasant, special mentions to Jose and Marie Jose who were wonderful. Philippo from the Animation Team was very much engaged with the clientelle and so much fun. Rooms are small, we would have liked two small water bottles each in room fridge - one for a coffee before sleep and the other to drink overnight. We didn't pay the extra required for the use of the safe despite the fact we were all inclusive - we used a case which could only be opened with a code. We used our own towels. A hotel towel requires a refundable deposit and a daily fee of €1 if a fresh towel is required. Variety of food is excellent. Overall, I would recommend this adults only hotel for a pleasant, relaxing break

Very I nice hotel. The food is very good for buffet style dining Quite varied and enough to suit all tastes. We will dine out a couple of times to get more of the island experience, All of the staff are excellent and try hard to help, especially if you try and speak some Spanish. Only downsides are the rooms are very very small and while I understand water saving perhaps the initially supplied bottles could be half 1litre to fit fridge Maybe putting Some non alcoholic drinks and beer in room fridge for all inclusive would be nice ! All in all would recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing adults only break

We stayed at this hotel all inclusive for 5 nights and honestly it was so peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday. This one is amazing. The food wasnt too bad. Each evening is a themed night, which was nice. I would say some of the foods dont have a description of what it is and ingredients but this wasnt too much of an issue for us. A huge shout out to the waitresses, you girls work super hard! The room was lovely, cleaned each day to a high standard. Thankyou to house keeping! All the staff are lovely and really helpful. A big up to the bar staff who really looked after us well and a massive shout out to Cherry the entertainer! She is so funny and kept us smiling through out our stay! Thank you Cherry you are incredible, keep shining! Activities with Cherry are super fun and kept us busy. The pool was cold and the hot tub was more of a cold tub, however when you want to cool down its perfect! Bar snacks are really decent and alcoholic drinks are really nice. We will defo return to this hotel. Really enjoyable, everything we wanted from our holiday. Victoria & manjeet
