Tui Magic Life Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

Me and my husband had a brilliant time at TUI magic life.first time in jandia!!we have been too futerventura a few times now.but this was the best.our room was lovely.the bed was so comfortable and the maids kept it spotless.the whole off this hotel is 10 out off 10 for the cleaning..food was fantastic and and the drinks were great too..thankyou TUI magic life..we will be back one day

The whole experience was amazing. Our flight was delayed from 1500 until 20.00 estimated departure. Tui sourced a replacement aircraft and crew. The delay was only 30 minutes. The tui app gave us the coach number and the bay it was waiting for us at. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was delicious and plentiful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful including cleaning staff and maintenance team. David Torro working in the evening bar was truly amazing. Serving everyone with superb speed and attention to detail. Plentiful sunbeds. Cheerful staff. Can't wait to go back

We had a fantastic time, Diago and Aleandro who were great with the activities, and Sara and Gwen who were great on the aerobic fitness and also during the Magic Night interacting and having fun on the dance floor, great to see the crew joining in. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be active or even relaxing at the pool or beachfront. We are planning our return for sure!

Good resort and facilities. Activities in the day should include kids and be more family centred. The accommodation is good but the internet quality needs to be improved. Lots of fish in the meals but not a lot of meat options or options for the children. Good choice of drinks

Very good hotel, perfect location! Lots of good activities for kids, every evening different games. Food is very good as well, selection is wide, everyone can find what they like to eat. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Everyone is greeting you with the smile.

The entertainment were fantastic and the food was amazing weather was stunning to. A lot of activities to choose from and enjoy. Easy walk to the beach. Shop was really nice and had lots of items to choose from. Would reccomend to anyone and would happily come back

This was our 4th time at magic life, and it was as good as ever. Friendly staff, nice food and you can't beat the view! Hopefully we'll be back. We would love to see a non smoking block, as it is annoying on the balcony at night when smoke drifts up.

After a great holiday in April 2023, we rebooked for April 2024. On arrival we were told the Activity Pool was closed but they were "working on it"? After a few days of seeing no repairs happening, I spoke to a member of staff who told me, the pool had been closed since Sept 2023! If you look at the pictures attached you will see that the pool is dangerous and needed to be closed. It would seem that no work had been done since it closed. I Wasn't informed of this, before or after booking !! None of the activities we enjoyed the year before, Water Polo, Foam Party, Music around the pool, Entertainment staff, no BBQ's by the side of the pool Etc. If this is a main part of your holiday, or you are planning to bring teenagers, I would advise to go elsewhere . I contacted TUI when I got back to complain and to ask when the repairs would be done, and basically they couldn't give a damn. Didn't even have the decency to answer my question, a complete lack of customer service and care. This is a real shame as the resort itself is lovely and clean, food is good and we were planning to return again in 2025. Will not be booking TUI again .

This was our second visit to this hotel. We had a brilliant holiday and are looking to return again later this year if we can squeeze in another holiday. Food was excellent, if not better than last time. We didn’t bother with the speciality restaurants as we have tried these before but prefer the choice in the main buffet. The entertainment and the disco at night made the holiday for us. The entertainment team work hard to ensure you are having a good time. Shout out to Alex who used to stay on well past his shift had ended. We paid for a seaview room but didn’t spend much time in the room so I probably wouldn’t bother paying the extra next time. Rooms are very spacious, shower amazing, only thing I would suggest to make an improvement on would be to offer some English channels on the Tv. There was no signal on any of the English channels, but then I suppose you don’t go away to watch television. I am pretty sure we had channel 4 last year. The small pool was closed during our stay as I believe work is due to start soon. I can see that the hotel are trying to make improvements and have replaced all the Sun loungers since last year. No more broken loungers. People were reserving beds but this was not an issue as absolutely stacks of loungers available no matter what time of day. Beach is absolutely stunning and is accessible from the hotel. We used the access near the private lodges as not as steep as the steps near the pool bar. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends and will definitely return again.
