Nice room on second floor in block 7 with lovely view across pool and sea. Layout was lovely with palm trees and flowering shrubs. Very relaxed a**osphere and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of varying food each evening. Nice sea views from all pool areas and one of restaurants for late breakfast and lunch. Lovely pool areas and naturist pool. My suggestions would be open the pool bar later than 6pm (still warm enough to stay in evening sun) and would be nice to have outdoor eating area off main restaurant when the hotel gets a refit. As there is no courtesy room add hair drier to the Spa changing area

Our 3rd visit to this hotel. A really lovely stay. Set on a cliff top great views over the sea and beautiful beach which you can walk miles. Or catch a bus into morro jable and walk back. Enjoyed the choza restaurant for breakfast and lunch overlooking the beach. Chill out bar often has live music during day and also has great views. Also a quiet rooftop space off the lobby to relax too. Evenings spent in main lounge, sports bar with varied entertainment during our stay. Really liked the Coco Loco too. Good fun. Staff were friendly and fun. Always found the food good and waiters/ chef helpful with gluten free choices. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely return

Staff, facilities and complex: terrific! We chose this particular resort as had stayed at one of the sister hotels in Gran Canaria last year. We had a spacious room with balcony and ocean view (Block 8). What we particularly liked about Jandia was the different pool areas for relaxing; family, chill, adult only and naturist. There was also good beach access for those that wanted to walk along the coast or take a dip in the sea. There is a beach bar with toilets but we understood this wasn't open 7 days a week (however, this might change throughout the season). Being all inclusive, you have to accept that meal times can be hectic, but you soon get used to where everything is and the food choice was good (lots of fish, not so much chicken). Beer, wine and soft drinks are available via self service, with spirits, cocktails and coffee available from the bar. (top tip: spirits are long measures!! Order on its own, get your mixer from the self serve and add spirit to the soft drink). Good to know: 1. If you like your morning cuppa, check your room has a kettle 2. Pool towels are provided 3. WiFi is free, but only two devices could be connected 4. There is a Mercadona just across the road if you need it 5. Plenty of parking if you have a hire car 6. Bus stop is close by 7. Taxis appeared to be readily available outside hotel

Had a great 2 weeks in this hotel. Staff are very nice, the international animation team, specially Claudia and Maria went out of their way to make sure the guest had fun and join archery competition, volleyball, bachata lessons, aquaaerobics and many more. Their smiles, and energy was also great to see, also when they did performance they gave it their all, they are fabulous dancers as well!!!Well done ladies! The wellness programme was very good and Marion did superb with the SUPyoga, pilates, back exercise and to top it off the sauna rituals! She is very helpful and encouraging as well. DeSouza was always so nice and other stuff that stood out was Luna,Rafael, Francisco (great cook), Erik on the floor bar were always so thoughtful, happy and of great assistance. While the hotel could use a removation, as its a bit dated, the staff make it a great place!

We had a lovely stay at the club jandia princess The rooms are so nice big size balcony Food was so nice Entertainment team were amazing they did lots of activities Alexandra was so friendly and lots of fun lots of motivation Enjoyed the aqua gym

Great hotel. Well positioned for the beach although you will need to climb some steps to return. Good selection of food and well presented. Comfortable rooms with a good view. Plenty bars to choose from. Very friendly and accommodating staff. 5 swimming pools to chose from. Overall a very good experience would happily come back.

This was my fourth two-week visit to this hotel. As always, I was made very welcome; The receptionists and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Every morning I had the wonderful experience of having a swim in the sea and watching and taking photos of sunrises. The food in all dining rooms was excellent, plenty to cater for every need. What I think works really well is that this hotel caters for both adults only as well as families with children. The accommodation and several swimming pools are for adults only and others for parents with children. The same goes for the main dining rooms, some dining rooms are adults only. The spa area is lovely. The two downsides are that the rooms do look a bit ‘tired’ and need modernising. It should be said my room was very clean though. The other thing is that where the hotel is, it is hard to get about without a car. I don’t drive abroad, so it is a shame there isn’t a bus service nearby (there used to be years ago). Luckily, I enjoy walking and it is why I visit this lovely part of the island, you can walk for miles and miles along the beaches, lagoons etc. and it is a beautiful walk. It is only €10 if you need to go by taxi to Moro Jable. I hope to visit this hotel again.

Nice hotel with stunning views looking over the beach and pool. Room is nice with comfy beds and bathroom recently renovated. However, the restaurants let the hotel down, food is bland and not many options. Having been fortunate to visit other platinum hotels I wouldn’t put this in the same category.

This hotel is idyllic, amazing views of sea and beach. Food is good too. Choice of 3 pools and another for naturists. Pools are very cold however. Being a windy isle, there was certainly strong winds . The only disappoin**ent was the entertainment. This was quite poor and mainly held in main hotel reception area with bright lights so no ambience. Rooms were adequate though need some touching up to get rid of squashed mosquitoes. There could also have been a more extensive cocktail list as there has been in other all inc hotels we’ve stayed at. Daytime activities were lacking too with animators not doing enough to promote activities. There could have been some music playing in hotel reception on an evening as sometimes it felt a bit like a morgue. We did have a very relaxing time though.
