Every family needs a riad experience like this We had such a great time at this place! Riad Baladin provided us with caring service and thoughtful help. The check-in process was really easy, and they are so thoughtful enough to let their guests leave their baggage until 6pm even after check-out so they can explore the town trouble-free. We love how family friendly this place is too. Amazing vibe that everyone will fall in love with and yummy breakfast☕️ 10/10 recommend!

Riad Baladin is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty. Everything is thoughtfully curated, with each detail meticulously placed, showcasing a level of attention that's truly remarkable. There is an amazing jacuzzi that is at disposal of the guests which is an absolute treat after spending the whole day exploring Essaouira. I can't wait to come back! 100% recommended

Such a lovely little experience in walking distance of everything you need in Essaouria. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delightful and the hot tub was a nice little treat in the evening. Wish our weather was better for the rooftop!

I had always wanted to stay here, as this Riad is exceptionally beautiful. The rooms may not be large, but the decor and finishing are wonderful - not something I would usually comment on, but on this occasion, all this merits comment. Great location inside the old town. Incredibly good staff at every level. Somewhere I return to for sure.

Everything at Riad Baladin was perfect for us. Felix & his team are exceptional. They go above & beyond to ensure their guests needs are met at all times. They gave us recommendations for places to eat, shop & explore. Our room was the Terrace & was perfect for us. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious & served on the roof. Using the jacuzzi was an added bonus.

It is a pleasant and romantic place in authentic style with a new-age touch in the heart of Essauira's medina. Welcoming and supportive people work to hear and will enrich your experience with the unique guide to secret places of the city with more in-depth local experiences. Rooms are clean.

We made Essaouira our first stop in Morocco, meaning that we arrived fairly late having flown into Marrakesh then taken the bus. On arrival into Essaouira we felt safe and welcomed by the locals. Another hotelier showed us the way to Riad Baladin as we were struggling to locate it via the signage from the street. (Could be improved would be only feedback on stay) The moment we stepped through the door and were greeted by the smell of orange blossom, the sound of a trickling Buddha fountain plus the friendly night porter bearing mint tea and biscuits, we felt a wave of comfort and calm wash over us, which remained with us throughout our stay. Everything was fantastic! Our room was lovely, with a comfy bed and separate seating area. Beautiful bathroom and nice hot shower. The ladies serving breakfast were so sweet and we were grateful that it was serviced until midday so we could enjoy a lie in! Felix the manager was so attentive to all the guests, making everyone feel extremely comfortable. There was also Simba the cat soaking up the relaxed riad vibes. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Essaouira, which I think we will! Thank you Felix and the team xx

What a great Riad! Excellent communication from the moment of booking and such a lovely, kind and efficient team. It’s in a great spot with shops, cafes and bars in every direction. Essaouira is relaxed, so friendly and Road Baladin was perfect for our stay. Huge thanks to the team!

The style of this riad is soft , quiet, and warm with candles and lovely smells. Felix and the staff cater to the needs of their guests. The rooftop provides space to bath in warm sunshine and where the excellent breakfast is served. We loved the offer of breakfast until 12:00, so that we could run or walk on the beach, then have a brunch.
