This is the second time we have stayed at Maristel Hotel and both trips have been excellent. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel is so peaceful. The views from the pool are great, there was lots of space and plenty of shade if you need it. We were in a junior garden suite which was very spacious with 2 balconies overlooking a quiet garden area. Very comfy beds and dark curtains. Breakfast is fantastic and has a big selection for different dietary requirements (oat milk, soy milk, alpro yoghurt, gluten-free bread) and the terrace to sit out on is beautiful - our breakfasts lasted about an hour and a half because it was such a nice place to be. The evening food was good with lots of local ingredients and lovely fresh fish. There were no vegetarian main options but lots of starters that could be eaten together. There are other restaurants in the village so you're not stuck for food. I really recommend a staying here if you are looking for quiet break. We adore it and will absolutely be coming back for a third time next year!

Wonderful staff, kind, friendly and helpful. Fantastic views from our "Dreaming Sea" room. The included indoor spa was great. Hotel facilities were good. Sunset views from the dining terrace were fantastic. Room servicing was missed a couple of time during our weeks stay. We were on a half board package, however there were a few nights when dishes were not available. Food quality was a touch variable and we went elsewhere for 3 of our 7 nights. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay!

Small professionally run hotel in the centre of a beautiful little village buried in the mountains with views of the sea. Very comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the village and sea. Very helpful staff, huge terrace for drinks and dinner with sunset views plus an amazing pool and terrace on the hill above the hotel amidst its own vegetable gardens. Very nice food, excellent buffet breakfast. Oh, and there’s a spa!

Our room was "A sea View Suite". Lovely bright spacious room. Large comfortable bed. Plenty cupboard space. Roomy bathroom with double sinks. The hotel and facilities were kept very clean. Laying by the pool you could look out to sea and you have the mountains behind you. Great sun loungers and beds to lay on. Lovely breakfast with good variety of hot and cold food. All members of staff were very pleasant and gave excellent service. We thought Estellencs was a charming village. Highly recommended

Not as great as expected. No bike renta available though it is advertised as a main thing, you have to reserve 7 days ahead- no info about it anywhere. Hot tub was cold. Room had no body wash, seemed like decor was missing. Breakfast was great though staff seems to be busy and stressed not too guest oriented.

Comfy bed great location amazing breakfast wonderful pool Catered well for my coeliac disease providing gluten free food and beer alternatives. Very helpful staff Fab view and situation great for walking in the area You can walk a few miles on trails have coffee and almond cake and get bus back. Perfect

Idyllic location, great facilities (including the spa), with excellent food and very friendly and hospitable staff throughout our visit. The terrace in particular was a magical place to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We would like to go back again.

A lovely hotel for a relaxing break. We enjoyed using the indoor spa and reading by the pool outside. Breakfast was excellent and on a lovely terrace outside. Very comfortable, clean, large room with a small balcony and a sea view. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.
