Hotel is good , food is good , entertainment is terrible , they don’t seem to cater much for UK Guests more for European other countries . The evening bar entertainment is absolutely rubbish. Rooms are clean and maids are in daily . The hotel just seems to lack something compared to others I’ve experienced. WiFi is good . More British TV Channels are needed

Was right on the beach.didnt have to worry once about a sunbed.staff were lovely.lots to do on your doorstep whether visiting ronda marbella or Gibraltar to playing golf at a load of choice, top class golf clubs. Downside was bacon and black pudding were just nasty.but everything else superb.if you wanted a wine or beer at lunch or dinner you had to order it sitting down but no one ever served you. I'd definitely go back though these are just small niggles.great holiday!!

Started badly, when arriving at the airport we had to wait for 50 minutes in a fume filled underground carpark for two late passengers arriving on a different flight. After all on board argued with the rep he finally let us go. This hotel was last on the transfer so we were tired on arrival. First impressions are ok but rooms are average compared to other 4 star places we’ve stayed. Only one bar really to use unless by the pool or snack bar and don’t miss main meal times, the snack bar is terrible. I’ll try to attach a video of what they offer. We missed the lunch by 15 mins because of the local bus service and all that was on offer was some left over breakfast things some hot dogs, crisps and cakes if you wanted chips or a sandwich you had to pay. On the positive side the staff were really helpful and nice but the star rating is definitely wrong. Only go if you like basic food stuff and staying in the hotel not much outside to do

Extremely clean rooms.. bed's made every day with clean towels ..pool areas need cleaning up pools slippery at the edges they could do with a pool hoover.... one of the pools is a quiet adult area so children will be frowned upon in this area!!... Food there is a selection of salads cooked meats, fish etc.. some of the food is covered in flies especially bread ...breakfast is best... not much choice for children spaghetti bolognaise every day or pizza if its available...chips!.... The restaurant staff are moody especially the lady who serves the drinks at lunch times... Hotel staff in general are all friendly bar staff at the pool and the eve are lovely.. the entertainment staff are lovely ...the hotel is nice overall it has nothing near so a car is a must ...

Very friendly staff Good food choice and entertainment good for all ages. Hotel rooms a bit dated but large in size. No English tv Channels and no tea and coffee facilities. Staff very helpful and entertainment team very friendly and helpful.

This is a one star review purely based on a terrible experience on our last day. Prior to this it was going to be a 4/5 star review. The good: Rooms were a good size and clean. The beds were comfy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food, a great selection and very tasty. Poolside entertainment was good, the staff members going around to invite you to play volleyball etc were very friendly and funny. The bad: We were checking out at 12 noon but weren't getting picked up until 14:30. We asked at reception if we could still have lunch at 1 as part of our all inclusive. He said normally once the bands are handed back at 12 you don't get access to all inclusive, but he'd give our room number to the restaurant and it would be OK. This was great to hear and would have understood if he'd said it wasn't possible. Upon arriving at the restaurant the lady greeting us asked for our room number then said we weren't on the list, we the other one explained and she the said it was OK to go in. We got some food and a waiter came over to ask if we wanted drinks the asked cash/card? We explained the situation to him and he was a bit rude and stated he was going to get the restaurant manager. At this point we're thinking great, let's get this resolved, but he came over and was even ruder / louder. For at least 5 minutes he was bluntly shouting that we pay, causing a big scene which had everyone staring over. He kept repeating the usual process, which we understood, but he didn't understand that if two other members of staff have said differently, it doesn't matter what the official process is,but he would not accept it. His name was Victor and due to our interaction with him, would never go back there. However, most of you aren't likely to be in that scenario and almost everything g else was great, so don't let thst out you off :).

We cannot fault a thing in this hotel. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for the team! Everyone is welcoming and this is our 2nd year coming because of all these reasons. Even when the weather was not the best the staff made it priority to boost morale and liven our spirits! Family friendly, perfect for golfers and perfect for anyone needing a well earned break! We stsyed thete a week with sll-inclusive for a fitness (body&soul) week. Very nice clean rooms with silent air conditioning. Breakfast and lunch OK, BUT: Absolutely dreadful dinners (and we did a few). The noice level in the dining room made ANY conversation impossible. Only hard surfaces that reflects the sound. Add to this an understaffing that makes the dining staff run all the time and virtually throw the tableware around. The grill is ambitious, pork, fish and chicken are nice beefs are strange cuts with many tendons and fatty pieces. Summary; nice hotel, but avoid the dinners -at any expense.

Staff are all friendly, the restaurant team in particular where every single staff member greets you as they book you in, serve, and wait tables. Trainee Manuel was really helpful when asked for information. Food is a good standard, maybe a few too many herbs used as garnish on some hot foods, but overall a good variety. Hotel and grounds spotlessly clean and rooms maintained meticulously. Evening entertainment a little limited, but ideally geared for young children. Secure parking gave peace of mind. Overall really pleased and would recommend. Side room upgrade with amazing sea view is just superb.
