Hôtel EZE Hermitage

Happy to recommend and would return. Very helpful staff. Fabulous grounds. Easy parking. Could walk to the village but I’d taxi back up the hill!!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view from the room. A little far from the heart of things so you have to uber everywhere. And there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs this is not for you. 33 steps up to our room and 33 down. There was a nice french breakfast of croissants and other pastries and eggs if you request them every morning between 7 am and 10 am. We did have an a/c prolblem when we first arrived so we asked for a fan. We were told they only had one fan which we found out was not correct. Fortunately the maid knew how to set the ac for us. All and all it was a very nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel, but extremely small rooms. Unfortunately, the only food available is breakfast and since the closest town is about 18 minutes away, it’s a pain. The pool was lovely but not heated- so freezing. Ask for a mountain view room, the sea view rooms are right on the road which is busy during the day, but quiets down at night. Overall a pleasant stay, but they could use a restaurant.

My recent stay at The Eze Hermitage was a horrifying ordeal that should serve as a stark warning to anyone considering booking a stay there. The nightmare began with the absence of air conditioning in our room, which forced us to leave the balcony door of our second floor room slightly ajar for ventilation. This lack of comfort turned into a catastrophic lapse in security when an intruder managed to climb up onto our balcony and break into our room. We woke up to find the man crawling into our room and stealing $400 worth of our belongings. To add insult to injury, when we rushed downstairs for assistance, we discovered that the front desk was deserted and there was no night security, contrary to what the management had claimed. We were left to fend for ourselves in a distressing situation that could have easily been avoided with proper safety measures. Clearly, we found another hotel for the second night of our trip, as staying at The Eze Hermitage was no longer an option. Despite the severity of the incident, the inn demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. After enduring a week of fruitless back-and-forth communications, they made a great show of their so-called "generosity" for not charging us for the second night we didn't stay and grudgingly offered only a partial refund for the one night, which does nothing to compensate for the trauma and financial loss we suffered. In summary, The Eze Hermitage is a prime example of negligence and poor hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk your safety and well-being.

Im so happy to stay in the hotel, clean room, quiet, nice view on Alps.Very friendly staff, all was good , pool, breakfast , parking , so we wanna back there , thank you so much and see you next time.

Hotel with amazing views and good facilities. A sort of shabby-chic style that works well for instagram! Staff were very helpful, friendly, attentive and enthusiastic; hotel had been taken over previous week or so. Rooms are lovely, would recommend balcony viewing on top floor, but most rooms have good views. Breakfast was well presented and apportioned. Will come back if in the area. Would strongly recommend. Point of info: for those coming from the West (Cannes/Marseille) Google Maps may take you through Nice Commercial Centre which can be a bit hairy - but direct.
