호텔객실이용에있어 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 얼음이 매우단단했으며 호텔 객실이용에도 불편함이 없었습니다.ㅋ

It was ok I booked there because it said they had a spa hot tub but sadly they don’t and also they need to fix their drain pipes because the tube was stopped up the whole day

Very nice and clean, close to dinning.
I thought it was advertised with a hot tub it did not have one.

Even though it’s a busy area, it was very quiet. Close to Blossom Music Center which was why we stayed at this location. Summit Mall is across the street and there are many restaurants around

At check-in I was told that since my card couldn't swipe due to a damaged magnetic *****, I would have to provide a different card. They said they could not key the card in, nor could they use the chip. That is unacceptable for any business these days. Surprisingly then, when I told them I didn't have another card to use, they found a way to key the card in.
Also, the blackout shade in our room was stuck in the down position. We had to stand on a chair and affect a basic repair in order for it to work properly.
Finally, the breakfast service was woefully understaffed....no pancakes, had to wait on omelettes, no hard-boiled eggs.
Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Refurbished very nice. My bathroom door was kinda Grundy and scrapped up. The bathroom ceiling had paint chips falling off. Half of the channels including sports channels on Sunday could not be tuned in.
