Hotel Rajmandir

I stayed at Hotel Raj***dir, Faridabad in February 2023 with my family as a guest at a cousin's wedding. It is a decent hotel with friendly staff, although the service is a bit slow. The food ordered in the room was quite good, but the food at the banquet was very average. The property is quite clean, but can't say that it is airy and well-lit since our room didn't have any windows. Overall, we had a decent experience.

Stay away from this hotel! Rooms are dirty and far from being sound proof as advertised. No hair dryer. So ***y advertised facilities are a lie. Waterstop in shower and they don't fix it. Rooms stink of smoke and pollution. Their only solution is some cheap "freshener" which just make things worse and you have to leave the room to not to cough and cry like crazy. The entrance of the hotel smells like if you are in dump yard. Too ***y mosquitoes. They don't care about it. Light installation is a total mess. Get of the bed and play for a while to find the right switch as nothing makes sense. The lady receptionist is awful and arrogant, the worst PR person I've seen in any hotel over the world. She should get fired as she's obviously not fit for treating customers as they deserve. Big time cheaters. ***y things were agreed ahead time and they try to fool you on the fly, so take always an extra look at the bill before paying.
