This was a very nice hotel! I will stay here every time I’m in Fayetteville, if possible. Really clean and the staff was super friendly

Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff.
The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day!
The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must.
The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT!
*Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge
**Maybe add a trip type of "Pleasure"

This place was excellent for a solo stay. Clean and cozy. The blackout blinds made it dark as night in the room even though it was bright and sunny outside which I loved. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that I couldn’t cast anything to the tv despite following the directions. That was a bummer because I stayed so I could get out of my house and relax but I couldn’t watch what I wanted to which was frustrating. But all in all I was very impressed with this hotel! I will be staying again in the future.

Very clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Not a lot of hot items for breakfast, but plenty of grab and go options. Comfortable beds and linens

Bathroom was not clean. Hair on toilet. Dead fly on window sill. The details are important.

A new motel, but already showing wear, and stairwells were messy. Breakfast was packaged products, and were being put away even 20 minutes prior to end-time.
The AVID in Madison, Wisconsin, was great in every way—better breakfast too-which convinced me to book this one.

The property looks brand new and was very clean. It sits in a strange location but the area felt safe.

Clean room, comfy beds, breakfast met our needs...egg, sausage, cheese Jimmy Dean sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt selections with toppings, cereals, bagels and cc, fruit, juices, bread options for toast. Fresh ground coffee machine and Harney tea 24/7.

The facility was clean and just as advertised. My only issue was the clerk incorrectly coded my room and charged my card an extra room charge. Management attempted to solve the problem upon checkout.
