Disgusting! Mattress had blood and stains on it. They threw on a mattress cover on it and called it good!! Gross! Floors filthy too! Charged a $150 deposit for a room like that!!! Avoid at all cost much better places to stay close by , lots of transients here and out in parking lot. Close to train station

My stay was great. I found the staff to be particularly helpful and friendly, especially Alec (or Alex) at the front desk. I had an incident and he went out of his way to be helpful. That means a lot when you travel often on business. The rooms are comfortable, clean and plenty of room. I’d appreciate it if you forwarded him this email so I can personally thank him.

Ms Denise has been wonderful and very helpful throughout my stay @ extended stay......She is the BEST! I will always stay at extended in my future travels

I had the best sleep in a few hours I was there.The room was like the picture. I didnt get to use the kitchen though. Great channelson TV. Bathroom was in excellent condition. And excellent customer service from Alec. I appreciate the stay and I will be returning soon.

The receptionist Nicole was very polite and respectful. Nicole being new she was very professional and quick. She was also very informative. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in this area. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

The employees are wonderful and very helpful. It's quite other than the normal sirens because it's close to the hospital. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a nice peaceful get away.

The entire team is awesome. The management team, Evelyn and Denise are true assets to the company. Jasmine at the front desk is always willing to assist the guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone.
