We are an "All-Suite" - "Extended Stay" Hotel with 70 guest rooms in Federal Way, Washington, located directly off I-5, Exit 143, and 320th Street. Seattle Tacoma (SEA) International Airport is a 15-minute drive to our All-Suites hotel. I’m here for a month and upon check in I went to my room and turned on water for the shower, waited over 10 minutes for hot water as I thought maybe it takes a bit because of the weather in the 30s; however, next day in the morning I encountered the same issue. I spoke to front desk they said “okay we will let maintenance know.” I come back that evening still same issue. The hotel only does limited service except for the 6th day it’s full clean for extended stay. However, for the full service the housekeeper stole my stuff off the table in the room. Came to front desk and the agent came figure out why. Hotel does not value loyalty and on the weekend it’s basically “No” service because of no staff and they will not allow any late checkouts any day of the week. I’m deeply disappointed with this hotel and the management and staff. While at the desk a lady was checking in and reserved a 2 bedroom suite and the hotel gave it away and she asked why and the agent said “I’m sorry I’m refusing to allow you to stay here.” This is ridiculous at this hotel. Again management does care.

I had a great stay, i love the social hour and the Bartender was amazing! The food was great just what i need after a long day at work. The customer service was a 10. Secure and clean property. Easy access to hwy and shopping center. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Fabi you did amazing !

This isn’t just a staybridge suites, it’s a holiday inn express combo….not the same.. first for me and I’m I HG platinum .. definitely not up to normal staybridge suites standards.. On a positive note, the lady working breakfast did a great job.

This hotel was definite upgrade from the last IHG Hotel I had stayed in the past. The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to make me feel at home. had great breakfast options. This is my new favorite hotel to stay at when conducting business in this area.

Stayed here 3 nights. The staff is courteous and accommodative. The breakfast is clearly superior with exceptional selection. Property is a recent rebrand and remodel; it's furnished in edgy grey tones. Problem in my suite was a whole section of drywall missing in the living area with studs and a bit of construction debris visible. The wall trim was likewise unfinished. Housekeeping is weekly. The "social hour" stops after Wednesdays. Overall, I would rate the property pricey, considering the blemishes and limitations.

this is the staybridge I'm used too😁, suite included living room with large TV.spacious bedroom, drawers & closet with large flat screen. fully equipped kitchen. breakfast included each day, varried menu from day to day. added bonus many shops & restaurants near by😁
