Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back.
Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

It is a very good hotel. Excellent service staff The rooms are nice, modern and spacious. I will stay here again when I come back to this city.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, however we have trouble with the room aircondition. It turned off by itself after 3 - 5 minutes. The staff moved us to another room after one sleepless night. The marking on the light switches are terrible. How do we know that “Receiving” means turn on the light.
The location is excellent, just 400 m. outside the Ancient City. This is excellent as other hotels which are in the Ancient City, you have to hand carry the luggages through the stone roads.

Location is good and walkable to all the tourist attractions and it is also queit, unlike most of the hotels along the river that could be noisy from the restuarants and entertainments during the evening or night time.

Clean and modern rooms. It is in a quiet location (3 mins walk to the entrance of ancient town) which we prefer because it feels very noisy inside the ancient town. Breakfast is good. Theres also tea breaks in the afternoon. Its also near good restaurants if you dont want to eat inside the ancient town.

服務：超愛！！強推薦！説實話這一趟行程給我最驚艷的並不是古城是酒店。幸好定了這個酒店。體驗感超級棒！從辦理入住開始就很驚喜。幫我們免費升級了房型。帶浴缸可以泡澡特別舒服。管家“小芳服務也特別好”。因為我們飛機比較晚還很貼心幫我們延遲了退房。整體感覺很暖心很人性化的酒店。超級喜歡！
環境：之前就是對比了很多家覺得這家環境是鳳凰比較好的。結果真心沒讓人失望。酒店的驚喜度大於古城哈哈哈哈。
衞生：不錯。
設施：真心超級棒！絕對超值的入住體驗。那就説幾個建議吧。1.體重秤沒電了。2.洗漱台附近沒有垃圾桶不是很方便。

酒店太棒了，是我喜歡的風格。拍照很出片，如果天氣好一點的話相信會更漂亮。不虧是設計師酒店。酒店位置也很好，避開了古城的喧鬧，但是下樓梯又是古城，真是離世不離塵。酒店服務也很好，服務人員都很客氣禮貌，管家推薦的行程定製也都很用心。完全沒有那種不知道怎麼遊玩的焦慮。古城還是很美的，就是鳳凰古城不好打車，出租車也是拼客，讓人很不喜歡。但是酒店可以幫忙叫車還是蠻人性化的。值得推薦。
