There is a place that always surprise you with an excellent service even if the human factor is changing. The personalised service provided by the Reception Team with special mention to: Annalisa, Imma, Marco and Salome), the exceptional combination of Galley (Vincenza, Maria, Ivana, Antonella, Carmine) and Resturant (Raffaella, Loredana, Lucia, Roberto, Maria Rosaria) make you feel at home and satisfied always. The cleanliness and cure provided by Housekeeping (Margherita, Clara, Loredana, Clara) allow all guests to feel safe and protected.. Congratulations to all and see you soon

The hotel is clean but quiet old. The elevators are coming slowly. The breakfast is limited and served by somebody due to corona measurements. It was nice to go into the pool which is nearby accessible through a tunnel

Una fuga dalla realtà, è questo il ricordo che porto a casa dopo il breve soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. Un posto dove tornare presto, dove si riesce davvero a ritrovare il benessere psicofisico. Il fiore all'occhiello della struttura è sicuramente la piscina esterna, una vera oasi di benessere

Siamo stati in questo hotel già sperimentato in precedenti occasioni e il nostro giudizio rimane sempre positivo. Hotel tranquillo con personale molto cortese e disponibile ,cena discreta , colazione molto abbondante , stanze grandi e pulite. Ottima la posizione rispetto alle terme Pompeo,alle quali si accede comodamente tramite un tunnel . Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno rilassante.

buona esperienza l'albergo si presenta bene le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli ma piccoline , un po' datate e poco insonorizzate, colazione ok la cena discreta anche se compresa con un voucher ma nulla di piu' ottima la SPA e le Terme collegate con l'Hotel

Atmosfera accogliente. Staff professionale e cordiale. Tutto funziona perfettamente e ti permette il vero relax. Il cibo e la presentazione dei piatti dona un tocco di eleganza al Tutto. Lo spa lunch, delizioso. Lo spazio terme corrisponde alle mie esigenze. Sono stata benissimo e tornerò appena mi sarà possibile

Quando noi vogliamo rilassarci veniamo qui, un ambiente accogliente, con personale disponibile e struttura termale organizzata. Abbiamo mangiato bene, in particolare la colazione, una delle migliori riguardo alla nostra esperienza.

Soggiorno magnifico. Grazie a tutto lo staff, sempre disponibili e gentilissimi. In questo hotel si respira aria di tranquillità, sembra di essere in famiglia. Tutto ben organizzato con il centro cure termali e con la spa. Ci torneremo presto.

Frequento l hotel da svariati anni Mi sento a casa ottima accoglienza Personale all altezza cibo eccellente Reparto terme ottimo Sicuramente ci saranno miglioramenti per i momenti di stallo...anche se siete riusciti a trovare il modo per accontentarci...siete veramente bravi Grazie sempre di esserci
