Um hotel pensado ao pormenor! Além do design interior ser realmente diferenciado e de muito bom gosto, tudo neste hotel teve pensamento antes de ser executado. Exemplo disso são as máquinas de distribuição de àgua, que além da àgua fria, e natural, têm àgua quente! algo bastante util para quem viaja com crianças pequenas ou quer simplesmente disfrutar de um chá a qualquer hora. Os quartos são igualmente pensados ao pormenor: os beliches são geniais, têm ligação corrente electrica, luz e ainda uma espécie de saco para guardar items pessoais! A sala de convivio está igualmente muito bem equipada: ping-pong, snooker, dardos e uma máquina de Arcades, tudo isto sem qualquer custo extra para os hospedes! Um hotel genial com massa humana igualmente genial: na recepção fomos muito bem recebidos e mais tarde quando pedimos informação para o jantar, a indicação foi excelente! No pequeno-almoço os nossos pedidos extra de bacon e um ovo cozido foram imediatamente realizados com a melhor das vontades por parte da pessoa que se encontrava na altura. Havia de haver mais hoteis como este! Parabéns

This is a family trip.
The room and facilities are excellent,but,the hotel is hosting some kind of party which was very noisy and went on until 4 AM.
My room is right next door to where the party was held.
Very disturbed night and lack of sleep is an issue

They should have times in the games room and pool that are adults only. We felt like we were in a daycare and never managed to fully benefit from the facilities

All staff were welcoming, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I needed stitches but the staff did everything to help. Rooms clean, spacious and cleaned daily. Beds were lovely and comfortable with fluffy pillows. Restaurant was our favourite place to eat in the evening. The regular waiter was funny, helpful and great to talk to Only negative, the cooked breakfast was always cold, independent of the time you ate breakfast, but the selection was amazing. Well done to everyone.

Inadequate staffing, room bathroom was not properly cleaned.
Best part of this hotel was the rec room and convenient parking in front.

Really nice discovery ! Great hotel - lovely decoration, tailor made and personalised service , hot swimming pool and spa area . The family rooms are perfect . We are really happy of our stay . Perfect location to make surf with professional teachers . Nice wild location with trendy bars on the beach . We are fully happy and our teenagers also .

Perfect hotel for families. Lovely warm and quiet pool, fun games room, hotel felt very safe for a pre-teen to have a bit of independence, big grassy area for playing cricket etc, wetsuit dip & drying room. Brilliant to have surf lessons including transport organised by hotel, but only private lessons for under 12s. 10 mins walk to beach. Great breakfast, lots of choice, but lunch & dinner only ok - felt expensive for what it was, but lots of other food options nearby.

The room cost was way high for this country and for the amenities and the room was small and bed was quite uncomfortable. My companion and I both did not sleep well. Also, breakfast was not included which was outrageous considering the cost of the room!
