Aweful experience! Everyone should avoid this hotel. Paid €40 online to reserve the hotel and the trip app said I only had €12 to pay on check out but the hotel charged me another €40. When I complained through Trip, the hotel lied about not charging me another €40 at check out.
Basically they will steal from you to make a few extra Euros.

The service was very helpful and friendly. Communication with the staff before arrival was quick and easy. The accommodations were really nice and the rooms were pretty spacious. Everything looked beautiful with fantastic tiles. The location was nicely secluded from the packed parts of the medina, but still located inside the walls.

Perfect location. The Riad was nice and full of character. Service was wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend it!

Such a great place to stay if visiting Fez! The staff was super helpful, the food was great and the rooms are very clean! Amine he was always ready to give us the best advice, always showed us excellent service and served our breakfast on time. The tour guide to visit medina recommended by the riad was very friendly and speak good english, we enjoyed the walking tour with ahmed the local guide. If I ever go back to Morocco I will certainly stay in this place again.

We had a wonderful stay, the Riad is beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived really late after travelling from Casablanca, but were warmly greeted and shown to our room and then ordered dinner even though the restaurant was due to close for the night. Dinner at the Riad's Restaurant is great, the views from the terrace are amazing and the price is really reasonable - we ate at the restaurant twice as it was so good! The rooms are all individually decorated and are spacious and clean. The location of the Riad is great as its at the edge of the medina allowing vehicle access, and all tourist attractions and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and was a great variety of pancakes, bread, sauces and omelette which kept us full all morning. We we're able to leave our luggage at the Riad whilst we took an overnight trip into the desert, and the staff also kindly provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early We had a great stay and would highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Fes

This is a beautiful riad in the heart of Fes. It's very easy to walk to all the major sites, but the riad is still quiet and peaceful. The staff are also super helpful at arranging guides, reserving a local hammam (traditional bath and massage), and any other questions.

Really lovely place Accessible by car Dinner on terrace was a phenomenal experience Welcome tea provided Special shout out to ms shakina who was delightful Radhwan and Soufian were great with my toddler and provided great dinner service Veg options for dinner great soup and tagine!

The riad is beautiful and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Overall, our stay was great however, there were some things that were a little unclear- such as the meal times. We were under the impression that we could get food or drinks at any time of day but many times when we went to the rooftop restaurant, there was nobody around, except for dinner time. It would be helpful to have something in the room that outlines the restaurant hours, etc..
Also, the laundry process was confusing and we were told different things about the cost. When we did recieve our clothes back, we were then told a different and higher price than we were originally. Would have been nice to know exact cost before giving our laundry to staff.
Also, ********** says there is a pool at this riad but there is not.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay with only minor things that could be improved on.
