Came here to stay for 2 nights on a group trip to Fez. The GOOD: Beautiful common areas, pool, and terrace. The breakfast was a feast and the food at the restaurant is decent. The BAD: Very dated rooms. It took 10-15 minutes to run the water before it got hot. Some members of our group had no water flowing from the hot water line. After the room was serviced by staff, it appears that my bags were opened, luckily I read about this as a common occurrence before hand so I left no valuables in the room. The hotel location is very isolated so there’s not much to do around it. No bar in the hotel and they only serve beer and wine as alcohol choices. All in all, I would not choose to stay here, but since we had no choice as a group trip, nothing we could do about it

The lobby was the most impressive sight I have ever seen. There were about five separate rooms- with ornate decorations. There were elevators so you could up and down with ease. The bed was comfortable. I have only two complaints: one- my toilet was wobbly( not secured) but it worked. The other was the location. You can drive a very small car down one small street but then you have to walk the rest of the way. Despite the two misgivings, I still gave five stars because of the lobby.

The hotel was stunning, however we weren’t very comfortable. It was kind of like being in a museum, we felt like we were walking on egg shells the whole time, not sure if it’s because it wasn’t busy or if its because of the endless rooms with empty couches. The breakfast was great but we don’t like that it wasn’t buffet style, every morning we were given so much and we felt so wasteful leaving the plates full of food at the end. My comments sound very negative however we did enjoy ourselves, but think we weren’t suited to the vibe of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating though so appreciate everything they did for us. The worst part about it was probably that my mascara was stolen out of my makeup bag.
